  I got my car towed there recently ,I was working in Jamestown and my car broke down , I knew my battery terminal needed replacing , got it towed here they changed the terminal but told Me car still wouldn't start. Said I needed an IPMD MODULE , Stating THEY COULDN'T REPAIR IT WAS ELECTRICAL ISSUE , GOT IT TOWED BACK TO MY HOME CITY (FOR $800 ) BEING TWO AND A HALF HOURS FROM HOME. GOT IT TOWED TO MY MECHANIC ,(MIND YOU A MONROE FRANCHISE) within 15 minutes mechanic calls me states there's " NOTHING" wrong with your car ,They didn't hook the battery back up right when they fixed the terminals AND charged the battery ‼️TO THINK I ALMOST ORDERED THE PART FROM DEALER FOR $1000 SO MY MECHANIC COULD FIX ‼️ THIS FRANCHISE WAS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT considering suing for my wasted $800 ‼️ ‼️‼️Don't GO HERE‼️

  Got me in same day within 20 minutes of my call for an inspection and oil change, i was in and out in under an hour!

  If I could give it a zero I would. I called the number for Monroe to make an appt to get my car inspected. A foreign guy answered the phone and I could barely understand him. He scheduled me for a 10 am appt. I thought that was great. It was only about 40 minutes from the time I called. So I get ready and drive to Monroe, and go to check in. I tell the man at the desk that I made an appt to get my car inspected. He asked me when I made the appt and I told him I just made it a half hour ago. He asked me if I made the appt online or if I used the call center...(didn't know there was a call center..thought i was calling Monroe). I told him I called. He looked disgusted and told me the call center doesn't look at their schedule and he proceeded to say that he is booked 3 days in advance..but I can get you in at 4pm today. Ok, let me mention that first, I got no apology for the inconvenience I was caused by driving there for no reason. Second, the guy treated me like I was the one who did something wrong..he wasn't very nice. He was rude and impatient. Third...if you are booked for 3 days, how are you getting me in at 4pm? I agreed to come in at 4...only because nobody else could get me in for awhile, but I have to say that I really wish I had another option. I do not want to go there again. And also, if your call center isn't in line with your schedule why do you even have one? How about we get to talk to someone that actually works there and knows what is going on??? Just saying. After today I will never go there again.

  Great place to get your NYS inspection done. Service was excellent. They had me out the door incredibly fast (under 30 minutes) and the lady at the counter was polite and well mannered. No nonsense, no upsell, just a straightforward, honest shop. 10/10, would trust again!

  My girlfriend took our car in for a simple oil change, and on the way home our battery light came on the dash so she pulled over and the car stalled because of the alternator. Can someone explain how she went in for one thing and leave with another problem? I’ve had plenty of oil changes and this has never happened. Sure feels like a scam like people have said. Definitely won’t be going back since I left with more problems than we came in with.
