  My insurance company sets up a rental and when we get there we have to put an additional deposit down blood sucking company if I didn't need that rental to get to work I would tell you to kiss my !

  Can I leave ZERO STARS?? TWICE in 2 months...they have screwed us over. Went to rent a car in July. Was told NO need to reserve...we have plenty. Show up the next morning. NO cars. Had to drive to Erie location to pick up a car. TODAY. RESERVED a car...learned a lesson from last time...Went to pick up car at 9:15 am. They gave AWAY our car since we did not pick it up at 8:30 am. Said that we had an appointment to pick it up at 8:30. We just wanted it ready by at least 8:30. Since when is it an appointment? I make an appointment to go to the dentist, not pick up a rental car. They never even called or texted or emailed to see if we were canceling. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, we will be contacting corporate, but I guess when you are the only game in town, you can treat customers however you see fit. DO yourself a favor and make sure you triple check, or get a car out of Erie PA if you can.

  They refused to run my debit card when my credit card was not a brand they accept. I said I was going to call corporate and report them for refusing to try my debit card. They then cancel my rental I set up for the next day pickup with a different dl debit card they use. Childish manager.

  Enterprise Rental employees treated me well and picked me up on time. The car was very clean inside and out. It was a 2026 Corolla and drove well. Thank you!
