  Micah, Conner, and Traden were incredibly helpful and the whole process was fast and simple. We had van issues as we got to Jamestown. Micah got us set up set up with a van in less than 10 minutes. When our van was ready 5 days before we thought Conner and Traden processed a refund of the remaining days no questions asked and in about 5 minutes. What we thought was going to be a terrible experience turned out to be as easy as it could be.

  Showed up to get my rental car and the insurance company accidentally marked me down for small sedan. Rep at enterprise told me how to call insurance to get it changed, which was very helpful. I had it fixed in less than 3 minutes to a 7 seater SUV (as that is what I drive). After I had my car type updated, he informed me he didn’t have any SUVs with more than 2 rows but would get me a mini van. The mini van wasn’t cleaned, so I would need to wait 15-20 min. During this time I sat in the waiting area and rep was steadily busy checking in other customers. The last people in line (40 min after I started my 15-20 min wait for a clean vehicle) had a 5 seater SUV scheduled and said they also need a 3 row as that is what they drive. He offered them a 3 row SUV they had available on the lot. When they left, I questioned why I had been waiting 40 min for a mini van when they had an SUV the whole time. He snapped at me and said he forgot, he didn’t realize, he wasn’t planning on my having a SUV, and that he was very busy and “sorry, ok?” The other rep offered to try to find me a 3 row at another location but I never heard from them. I was an hour late for work when they had the vehicle the whole time.

  Fantastic customer service from Conner! I was trying to get a last minute rental on a Sunday and he went above and beyond. I wasn’t able to get the booking due to an error within my company and he tried his best to make it work. Instead of paying for an uber back to the airport he offered me a ride and I was super grateful. Thank you so much Conner I’ve never experienced such a high level of customer service before at the countless other enterprise locations I’ve visited!
