  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **I honestly can’t say enough about the team at AutoZone on 900 Fairmount Ave in Jamestown, NY.** Yesterday was already an incredibly frustrating and stressful day for me. I've been going through the process of trying to find employment, dealing with a lot of uncertainty, and just trying to keep moving forward. Then, to top it all off, my Mustang broke down across the street in the plaza. I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly pretty discouraged. I went into AutoZone hoping I could at least get the battery I needed and figure out how to get myself back on the road. What happened next completely changed my experience. **Penny, Matt, and Phil didn't treat me like just another customer. They genuinely cared about helping me.** Penny especially went **way above and beyond.** After helping me get the battery, she actually came across the street to where my Mustang was stranded, bringing tools with her and helping me replace the battery. She absolutely did not have to do that. She could have sold me the battery and gone about her day. Instead, she saw someone who was having a really difficult day and chose to help. I've honestly **never been to a retail store where the employees genuinely cared that much about helping someone.** And on a day when I was already feeling frustrated and discouraged trying to find employment, that simple act of kindness meant more to me than Penny probably realizes. Matt and Phil were also incredible. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I was taken care of. There was no attitude, no rushing me out the door, and no feeling like I was just another transaction. Sometimes you don't realize how much a little kindness can mean to someone who is already having a rough day. **Yesterday, these three people reminded me of that.** **Penny, Matt, and Phil — thank you from the bottom of my heart.** You didn't just sell me a battery. You helped a guy who was having a really difficult day get his Mustang back on the road, and you did it with kindness and genuine compassion. That is something I won't forget. AutoZone is extremely fortunate to have employees like these three. **Please recognize them for the way they treat people, because customer service like this is rare.** I walked into that store having a terrible day, and I walked away feeling a little better about people. **Five stars doesn't even feel like enough. ❤️**

  My car battery died unexpectedly. I was able to get a jumpstart and went to AutoZone to have the battery health checked. It had gone bad, and after trying to start it after they checked it - it wouldn't start. The staff (Phil, Penny, and Lincoln) all helped me to find a battery I could afford and even swapped it out for me. And Penny checked my oil and made sure I was OK (personally) before I left the store. I was having a horrible day and they made it so much better with their compassion and care. I needed to come across them that day, truly, and I'm grateful for them.

  The most helpful AutoZones I have ever been to. The employees are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They even changed my car battery in the rain. Sad that I needed a new car battery, but happy to have stopped here.

  Bobby, the store manager is terrible. The customer service here is awful, would not recommend going here. Go to any other parts store
