Amazing employees throughout the entire process! Even though I was heading straight to the Executive aisle, the counter rep still greeted me and radioed ahead to let the lot staff know I was coming. By the time I got there, an employee was already waiting and directed me exactly where to go to pick up my car. The return was just as smooth, with the employee clearly explaining everything. The car itself was practically new and spotless. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!

I rent from National at JFK all the time as an Executive Elite member, and I have to give a shoutout to Morgan. I came in after 11 PM on Oct 10, and despite the late hour, Morgan's energy and friendliness were outstanding — quick, warm, and genuinely helpful. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location.

Pickup, selection of cars, extension of rental period and return were all excellent. Location at JFK was easy to get to via the airtrain. Fueling options were close by.

The humans were fantastic all around with my last-minute rental when I landed dropped off at JFK instead of Newark. No high pressure, no trumped-up damage claims, smooth from end to end. Similar experience upon dropoff.
