  Great location, easy in and easy out. Ron was lovely! They even have a clean restroom onsite.

  At 1st may take a little longer but then subsequently pick up becomes very smooth. Drop off is never an issue here.

  After a missed connection I walked in with no reservation hoping to get a rental I could return in another city. Leandro was at the National counter and overheard me being unsuccessful at another agency across the room and brought me over to help me right away. Within a few minutes I went from stuck and discouraged to being on the road going home, thank you Leandro!

  Plane got delayed and we flew in late. National desk would not answer after trying many times to see if they would wait for us before closing. National Corporate promised us they had our flight # and would not leave us stranded. Well… We got stranded. Terrible company to do that to your customers.

  When I picked up the car, the tank was only half full. I returned it with about the same amount of fuel, but I was later charged more than $130 as a refueling fee. I showed photos proving the tank was not full when I received the car, but the lady at the front desk dismissed my concern and simply said it was a busy day. Their email costumer service is a joke with automated responses. I ended up disputing with my credit card company but the whole thing costed me hours of my time. I have never had any issues with National rentals at other branches, but based on this experience, I would seriously consider avoiding this location.
