  my flight was delayed for 4 hours, i got to National at 2am and the attendant was there waiting on me, i appreciated this a lot as i was traveling with family and an elder aunt. The attendant at national JFK, got me in a car and out in 2 minutes! Much Much Appreciated! 5 Star service by the JFK National Team!!!

  A++++ for customer service!! The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Love how easy the rental process is! They even gave my toddler a lil gift :) FYI: Airport locations have more cars and dates available. The higher bill reflects the included deposit. Half-days counts as price of one day. Additional documents needed in advance if paying with debit. Just bring driver license if credit (recommended). Expedia coverages works for insurance, no need to buy it again from nationals.

  Siempre que hemos ido a USA hemos contratado con Avis y a mí no me convencía. Leí reseñas y vi que National estaba mejor valorado. Nos atendieron fenomenal tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Cogimos el seguro completo. El coche era nuevo. A la vuelta necesitábamos que alguien llamará al Shuttel de nuestro hotel y lo hicieron desde la oficina. Encantadores todos los trabajadores y en especial Larae que tuvo mucha paciencia con mi nivel de inglés.

  We had a terrible experience dealing with budget rental car, so we went next. Door and found national rental car. And let me tell you, these guys were very helpful and accommodating, they took a bad experience and made it a very pleasant and easy process in order to rent our car for our stay in new york city. I definitely recommend them because they're very professional and courteous to their customers. Unlike budget rent a car. From now on I will be a loyal customer to them and always rent my car from them. When I arrive in new york city.

  I had an absolutely amazing car rental experience here, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Jacqueline! She was the very first American I interacted with after leaving the airport, and her warm welcome and friendliness gave me a fantastic first impression of the US. It was the perfect start to my trip. We had such a great chat, and her customer service was truly exceptional. With her help, I got an incredible Ford Mustang Convertible, which I am absolutely in love with. The car drives like a dream and everything is just perfect. Highly recommend asking for Jacqueline if you're renting a car here. Thank you for making my trip so special
