  Dear National Car Rental Management Team, I am writing to formally recognize and commend the outstanding service provided by your team at the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) location, specifically led by the manager, Morgan.On a recent evening, I was faced with a highly stressful and complicated incident regarding my rental. From the moment I approached the counter, Morgan stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He took a very complex, frustrating problem and made it look entirely effortless to solve. His communication skills are 100 percent flawless; he explained everything clearly, kept me calm, and handled the issue with absolute professionalism.Morgan did not work alone that night. The entire team assisting him was equally phenomenal, attentive, and dedicated to resolving the issue. I am incredibly proud of Morgan and his whole team for their hard work and flawless execution during a difficult situation. They truly embodied the highest standards of the National Car Rental brand.Please ensure that this commendation is shared with Morgan, his team, and regional leadership.   I dropped my car off at National JFK and had a positive experience speaking with James. He was courteous and polite, and knew exactly how to speak to a customer that was exhausted from a long trip. I appreciated Jame's tailored approach and speedy return process.

  Every other National location and experience has been exemplary. Except here at JFK. It's 5:30 AM March 10th, I just got back from a 10 hour flight, and there are three cars available. The car I selected was occupied by a large employee, who was sitting there charging his phone. When I asked to take the car, he drove off in it, returned 10 mins later, parked it, and continued to charge his phone. It was bizarre. Leaving the lot was another headache. No staff were present to check out, and it required me driving around the lot for another 10 minutes to find someone to help me. I was completely exhausted when I finally left the lot around 6:30 AM. The corporate customer service rep, Shawn, was hardly helpful and failed to escalate my complaint to someone relevant multipole times. A phone call to the IRS later that day was more positive and relaxing that what I experienced here at National.
