  They do not do battery installation as looking at their previous reviews it's an ongoing problem that they never have anybody there so stop buying from this place. For what they charge for the battery go get yourself a AAA membership they'll come in do it for you for free and you just pay for the battery

  Do not waste your time. I just called and I was going to come and get a battery and he said he doesn't have anywhere anyone there to install the battery as if that's my problem. Your battery comes with installation service if you can't order it well then you know what don't charge me full price he tells my I got to take it to her repair shop okay then you pay for the repair shop since you're supposed to be offering installation. Stay away from these clowns they're overpriced anyhow

  I had a great experience at this auto store thanks to xavier. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.   I was at the Autozone around 8:30 pm to bought a headlight for my car I ask if not the right one can I return it and get the other one the csr#15 say when it open you can return or have a exchange this Autozone really scamming customer.I don’t since when Autozone does that but be honest am very disappointed

  **Another very disappointing AutoZone experience.** My wife purchased a light bulb from this location by mistake. Later that same day, I went to the store to return it. The employee, Samuel, refused to process the return. When I mentioned the applicable return policy and consumer rights, he contacted his manager. The manager instructed him to process the return as store credit, and Samuel started the store-credit transaction. However, a few minutes later, he told me that he could not issue store credit either. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the way this situation was handled. If a customer is entitled to a return under the store’s policy, the process should be handled consistently and professionally. I am considering taking further action regarding this matter and will let the appropriate authorities or court determine whether the store handled the situation properly.
