  These guys are the real deal , they dont bullshit or go around the bush. They straight up tell u when is wrong and they will fix that rather than making u spend on things u dont need.

  Took my bmw for an oil change, in and out in 30min. Dj was great, informative and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and come back for them to work on my ride.

  I brought my car in for an overheating issue. The water pump was bad and the timing needed to be refreshed and the guys over at ATP took great care of my car. JT, DJ and Amit did a great job made the process easy from start to finish and my car feels great.

  Genuinely one of the best repair shops I have been too. Needed alignment after tire installation after checking they told me it’s not needed as everything is already aligned. Most shops would still charge you the full price, they only charged me for a check. Very honest and nice people.

  I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Auto Tech Pitstop after having a terrible experience with another repair shop. I originally went to that other shop for a valve-related repair, but was sent home with a check engine light related to the oil pressure sensor. I went back to that shop and spent even more money because they claimed they were fixing the issue, but the check engine light kept coming back. Eventually I decided to stop going back and brought the Jeep to Auto Tech Pitstop in Queens. Auto Tech Pitstop performed a full, proper diagnosis and inspection. During that process, they showed me problems with the previous shop's work that I never would have known about otherwise. They found areas where black adhesive/glue had been used to hold components in place, as well as damaged/torn parts that appeared to have been tucked away instead of properly repaired. They documented what they found and explained everything to me. I also really appreciated the level of customer service across their locations. At one point I called their Long Island location and spoke with Amit. Once I realized I had called the wrong location, I told him I would just call the Queens shop instead, but he still insisted on hearing me out. He took the time to listen to what was going on, answered all of my questions, and even reached out to the Queens location on my behalf to explain the situation and let the team there know what needed to be done. He did not have to do that, especially knowing I was going to another location, and I really appreciated it. DJ at the Queens location was also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The communication was great, he provided me with information and evidence of what they were finding. He kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend Auto Tech Pitstop. As a woman, I honestly hate going to car repair shops but the staff at Auto Tech Pitstop made me feel comfortable, respected, and informed the entire time. They earned my trust, and this is definitely a shop I would feel comfortable bringing my Jeep back to.
