  I’ve always had a great experience with Alamo. Their service is smooth, easy, and honestly better than most rental car experiences. The Skip the Counter feature saves so much time. Everything is already in the app, including your driver’s license, credit card, and reservation details, so you can go straight to the car area, choose the type of car you reserved, and get on your way quickly. Pickup is super simple, and the return process is just as easy. You pull in, return the car, give the keys, and keep walking. No unnecessary waiting or complications. I’ve never had a problem with Alamo. Their process is efficient, reliable, and stress-free. Love them!

  We had a great experience with Alamo at the JFK New York Airport location. The car originally assigned to us was missing the trunk cover, which was a problem since we were starting a long road trip and didn’t want our luggage visible. Even though it was already around 9:30 PM, Joachim was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. In just a few minutes, he found us another vehicle that perfectly matched our needs — and it was even better than the original one: brand new, tinted windows, and with the trunk cover we had requested. Excellent customer service, quick problem solving, and a genuinely positive attitude after a long travel day. Five stars, and special thanks to Joachim for going above and beyond!

  This whole crew just cannot get it wrong earning your praise and loyalty from initial greeting with their swift, capable and transparent service time and again. I can't even check the cheaper options at this point anymore I've been conquered by LaRae and the whole team. Keep up the good work and those rides in shape it makes a difference every time

  We had to travel to the JFK airport for a DJ gig in Brooklyn. We didn’t have a reservation but Alamo took care of us quick. We only needed the car for a day so they hooked us up for about $75 for the day. Very quick and affordable process. We will choose them anytime we are in NYC!

  Front desk was a bit slow due to short staff. The paper work was not detailed to show fuel level and other details about the vehicle. Return was very smooth, the agent was very thorough and informative. Over all I was very satisfied with the vehicle and the professionalism staff. Definitely will rent again in the future.
