  The service was incredible from start to finish. Easy to get a vehicle and drop off was even easier. The young man that met us at drop off greeted us with a smile and perfect directions to grab our flight home. I will definitely use Alamo again

  After three fantastic weeks travelling with the Scottish Football supporters Tartan Army, we arrived at JFK to pick up our Alamo rental car for our final two days in the USA. What a lovely surprise to be greeted by such friendly, helpful staff after a long trip. A special mention has to go to LaRae, who was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Her excellent customer service was the perfect way to end our holiday. Thank you, LaRae, and the team at Alamo

  Update: I have now completed two online contact forms and still not received a reply. Also after the review I gave below I received an automated response asking because I gave a poor review, would I be happy to be contacted by Alamo to discuss my complaint. I replied yes but have not been contacted by them. Yesterday I contacted Alamo in the UK who were very helpful in saying they would message Alamo JFK airport, New York and ask them to contact me. After 24 hours I still have not been contacted. I have contacted my credit card company who said if the issue isn’t resolved after 15 days, they will take action to get my refund. Alamo JFK New York have charged my credit card twice for breakdown cover. Alamo do not provide an email address in order to liaise directly with the JFK office. I have completed the online contact form but haven’t received a reply

  We were in a pinch and Destiny and Ashoewnie(?) helped us get out of it. They were awesome. EVERYONE we came in contact with at Alamo JFK was awesome and helpful. Amazing staff!! Great job to all involved, from hiring to training, to management. We will definitely use Alamo again and recommend it highly to others. This is the place you want to rent from!! 10 stars!

  Alamo representatives are amazing to work with. In NY (JFK) they were extremely helpful, friendly and funny. All us flyers were exhausted from the early flight, but they joked with us and had us laughing. The workers in AZ (Sky Harbor) were just as friendly and helpful. The car, Grand Wagoneer -was clean and maintained beautiful. It drove well and was very comfortable. Well done Alamo!! I will be using you in the future. Stacy
