  Came in for a inspection was told I need brakes on driver rear and swaybar link on driver front. I got them 2 parts fixed at home and came back a week later, during my 2nd time being inspected after fixing previous parts they tell me I needed a tire replaced so I asked them why wasn't this brought up the first time I was here I would have fixed it before coming back. Kept giving me excuses as to why. I won't be going back they should have honored their original inspection and not try to upsell me.

  Update 14 May 2026: Once my tires were fixed, another couple of problems cropped up that I had to have looked at. I had been aware of them but it turned out that they were far worse than expected and required immediate repair because of safety issues. Not only did Chad explain everything very patiently, but he helped me find a way to get financing - very heavy interest but you don't have to have good credit and if you are able pay it off in a certain amount of time, it's extremely reasonable. It's like Care Credit but for auto repair. I have poor credit currently due to losing a great many of my clients to AI but I was stunned to discover that I was approved. This allowed me to get everything repaired and Chad and his excellent mechanics fixed me up in a very short amount of time and had me back on the road again. My car is running beautifully for the first time in a long time and even though I had a lot done and it was a hair-raising final total, the prices were extremely reasonable and beat the heck out of the dealership. Super friendly, very communicative, they do thorough inspections with photographs, and they give estimates that are either on target or come in a little under the line, which is amazing. Fast, reliable work that they stand behind. I'm extremely pleased and very impressed. I'll be a return customer for all my maintenance and hopefully very few repairs 🥰 It's a huge relief to know that you have found a reliable, skilled, honest auto shop. Thanks, gentlemen! We'll talk, we'll talk! 😆😆😆 Jo from the city ******* Original review: Had not one, but TWO blown tires when some red hatted AH in a giant Ford F-Overcompensation truck almost put me in the canal. Mr Tire got me in and fixed in just over an hour on the same afternoon, and they were great folks to deal with. Very kind, funny, and super helpful While I was waiting I spoke to another customer who has been going there for a very long time and couldn't say enough good things. That's the best kind of advertisement - the kind no money can buy I also found out to my surprise they do a heck of a lot more than just tires, so I'll be contacting them for any service I need from now on. Extremely reasonably priced, too. It was a painful hit on the bank account, but only because it was totally unexpected. They gave me a better deal than anyone else in the area and they did great work. I really appreciated them getting me out of a jam without fleecing me! They've got a new dedicated customer now

  Got flat tire near by. Able to take care of me right away. Very professional- Chad, the manager, was great and very personable

  I needed to replace a wheelbarrow tire. They had it done the next day. Price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

  On March 7 2026 I pulled in to Mr Tire with my exhaust ready to drop off. Chad and Jet were kind enough to secure it safely for me to return home. I am grateful for their immediate attention . Thank you for your service and your kindness.
