  I was having trouble replacing my license plate lights which I got a ticket for, and they helped me out in no time. The work was quick, quality, and fairly priced. Very kind, would highly recommend.

  Out of town visitor in Ithaca for work. Realized on the way out of town I had picked up a nail in my tire. Called around - Monroe’s was the only place that could see me in an emergency and not have me wait a week…..with a 3 hour drive home that evening it was a bit harrowing contemplating that drive vs staying over for a week! Monro’s fit me in right away. They were amazingly courteous relaxed and fixed the nail pretty easily sending me back on the road home. So appreciative and thankful for the kindness to an out of town person and the quality of work. Some several weeks later - tire is still completely fine and well patched. Highly recommend.

  Everyone was friendly and I was impressed I was able to get in the same day to have my oil changed. The oil change was done efficiently and I would go there again for future work to be done on the car.

  Fast, friendly and very cheap! Despite having a lot of business, they got me right in. I was having trouble with my tire and they even fixed it for free! It’s clear that the people who know where to go for the best service go here.

  I normally dont give reviews but what i saw definitely made me realize how great this place is. It’s more about how the people there treat you than anything else. At the front desk you have mama Lisa, who’s going to take care of you and be your lawyer there (literally). There was a customer who had an issue with her service and Monro compensated her by getting her 2 new tyres. As they’re understaffed, it took a while for my work to be done but at the end they also compensated me by upgrading the tyres i got. I did notice that they have a lot of work and do take a while but i’ve realized the way around it is to just drop the car to them. They are understaffed so they do take a while. I normally dont drop my car but I can safely say I trust them because of Mama Lisa who’s caring and will work with you no matter what! I wish the business a lot of success in the near future!
