I came here trying to top off my one tire that is a bit low. Came to the front door and one employee came to tell me not to park there, and that the air pump is no good. I see there is no air hose on the equipment although the digital display shows 35 psi. Google needs to stop showing this as the first result so other people will not repeat my mistake.

My car went to Mr tire for engine light need and I didn’t get it back until 3 months later. It was insane. I was in one way daily contact with them for the last 6 weeks and I was continuously misled by them. They kept telling me how backed up they were and busy working on cars that just came in or had higher priority needs and that they were sterling my car work next. It was insane. Never was apologized to or validated with my concerns and frustration. Will never go there again or recommend to anyone !!

I had a very disappointing experience at Marcus Discount Tire. I came in a couple of days ago because there was a screw in my tire, and they repaired it. However, they did not properly check or adjust the tire pressure afterward.
Two days later, I came back because the tire pressure was still not right. The employee at the front desk was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of simply assisting with the tire pressure, he refused to help and told me to do it myself somewhere else. I drove all the way back expecting them to finish the job properly, not to be brushed off.
Setting and matching tire pressure should be part of basic tire service, especially after repairing a tire. The service felt careless, lazy, and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Very unorganized and terrible customer service. Their "manager" lied to me over the phone, seemingly thinking that just because I am a woman I wouldn't know any better... My partner scheduled a tire change with them and gave them the vehicle type and dimensions of the tire over the phone when booking, to ensure they had the correct parts in stock, which they assured him they had. Upon arriving, my partner also asked them to take a look at the tire (which was already off and in the trunk, as a donut was on the car) to determine whether they would be able to do a quick fix on the screw hole, or if it would need a replacement altogether. They refused to look at it. Once my partner was already 20 minutes away trying to continue remote work, they called to tell him that the tire was SUPER unique, like nothing they had ever seen before.... It's a standard 21 inch tire... and they couldn't find a replacement OR fix the existing tire. He ended up having to go to the dealership and waste even more time out of his work day. Then when I called to inquire why they would accept an appointment without having the proper parts in stock the manager tried to tell me that's not how it works.... That is a lie. They tried to tell me that they couldn't determine what tire they would need until they got the tire off... yet it was already off, so he lied to me again! They are not organized or professional at this location or they would check stock before accepting business and wasting people's time. All these good reviews are definitely prompted reviews made friends and family of the people who work at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble.
