I really appreciate the mechanic taking the time to inspect my car and honestly explain what was needed to repair the exhaust. The shop did not pressure me into an expensive replacement or unnecessary work, which I greatly appreciated.
There was some uncertainty about when the ordered parts would arrive, and I needed the repair completed sooner, so I ultimately bought the appropriate parts and fixed it myself. Thanks to the mechanic’s helpful diagnosis and advice, I was able to resolve the problem. I also found Advantage Auto Stores near the Hunk's people there are very friendly and helpful.
Overall, this seems like an honest shop. Clearer communication about parts availability and scheduling would improve the customer experience, but I appreciate their help and would consider returning in the future.

Picked up shrapnel in my tire and brought it to Mavis for repair. They were busy but assured me they could fix it in an hour. They had it done in the agreed upon time, no issues. The only complaint I had was the unfriendliness of the guys at the counter, but I’ll just assume it was due to a busy Saturday afternoon.

Called this location- not any other location like they tried to suggest, I have the call logs- securing an appointment. I show up and they say there’s no appointment. I’ve always gone to Mavis, no where else. Took off work for the morning for a car inspection and corporate said that they can see the calls but someone forgot to put the appointment in- I made the appointment two weeks ago.
