  I always try and give the benefit of doubt but nothing about my experience was good. I had booked a rental online, called the day of pick-up to confirm and was told I could not use my visa bank card as payment. Even though the email I got for my confirmation said I could, but would be charged a deposit (no issues). What made it even worse is just a few months ago I rented a car from Enterprise in Utah using the exact same payment card and they had zero issues whatsoever. Unfortunately I don't remember the guys name I talked to on the phone but he basically stopped me and said there is nothing I'm going to tell him that will change anything, I needed to provide a credit card in person because I had an out of state license. Well I had an out of state license in Utah as well!!?? I was so frustrated. Thank goodness Avis had my back and had zero issues getting me a vehicle and taking my money.

  We rented a minivan from Enterprise in MA to drive to NY. We found after beginning our trip that the front tires were bald. When arriving in Ithaca, Nick the manager and staff at Enterprise, was supportive, understanding, and professional as we told of our problems with the van in the rain. Thank you for listening! If you need to rent a car in Ithaca - go to Enterprise.

  I didn't think it was possible to have a stellar experience at a rental car facility, but the team at this Enterprise absolutely killed it! The young lady with the black hair who works at this location was so sweet, making conversation with me and other customers as we waited. I even overheard her tell another customer that she regularly gets flowers for the office to brighten up the space, a small detail that just shows how much she cares about her work. I had initially set my drop off time for 4AM because I was only using the car for a day trip, but she went the extra mile to switch my drop off time to 11AM to ensure I didn't have to rush and could make the most of the time I had paid for with the car. My rental car experience itself had no issues. Overall, super satisfied with this experience and will definitely be using and recommending Enterprise for future car rentals.

  I have used this branch many times for over a year. During the last rental, Managers Nick, Murphy, and Kari discriminated against me because of my disability. Also the manager Murphy confirmed that a discount would be applied due to a problem with the car. Then the manager Kari refused to give the discount. The manager Kari also behaved in a hostile and antagonistic manner toward me. APPALLING.

  Unfortunately this location does not offer rides to the airport or home at the weekends, which is listed as available on their website, and standard at every other Enterprise location I’ve been to previously. “Get an uber” to ITH is what I was told… which costs $50 for an economy ride. Expensive rental, cheap service.
