  Had such a good experience today. I had to get my battery replaced, and Michael was so helpful! He made this as stress free as possible. So Friendly and funny, and he did a great job with the install. I’m so very appreciative! This is what exemplifies top notch customer service.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I went in because one of my headlights had gone out, and since I don’t know much about cars, I came in specifically looking for assistance. The employee looked up my vehicle but did not seem very confident about which headlight bulb was needed for my truck. To avoid purchasing the wrong one, I even offered for him to come outside and look at the vehicle to make sure. He told me that wasn’t necessary and proceeded to sell me a bulb that turned out to be the wrong one. As a customer who came in specifically because I needed help and guidance, I expected better customer service. This ended up being a huge waste of my time and gas because I had to make multiple trips to get the correct bulb. If an employee is unsure about the correct part, they should take the extra step to verify rather than selling a customer the wrong item. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If there was a no star option I would’ve def opted for that but I’ll give them one star as it’s the lowest rating possible.

  Eric was great. I had a time sensative event to get to & he had me back on road with time to spare. He even pointed out a potential worn brake issue based on the brake fluid level. Thank you, Eric for all your help!

  I was in need of a battery check after purchasing one from Wal-Mart and Eric checked the battery and alternator. Both were fully funtioning and I inquired if i needed to purchase new terminals. Eric suggested cleaning the terminals first, before making a possibly unnecessary purchase. This suggestion is rare in sales and I greatly appreciated and respected Eric's honestly and putting the best interest of the customer first. Eric removed the corrosion and greased the terminals prior to replacing them. Eric strongly suggested returning to the store to have the terminals replaced if the car continued to stall or failed to start. I returned a month later, in need of new terminals. Eric found the correct terminals, sold me the pads to avoid corrosion for $3 (forget the name of the product), and applied sufficent amount of grease. Eric made sure my cars computer/wiring system restarted properly and ensured my car started as well. Eric is professional, courteous and goes the extra mile for customers. He always has a smile and is never bothered or frustrsted when I asked questions. I am truly thankful for all of Eric's help and I will continue to do business with this branch, specifically, due to Eric's over and beyond service.
