I strongly recommend avoiding this Mavis location.
I had an appointment at 1 PM for a wheel alignment. When I arrived, I was told that it would take about 3 hours. Instead of completing the service, they rescheduled my appointment for the next day.
The next day, I was given the same excuse again. On the following day, I decided to leave my car at the shop so they could complete the alignment. I came back 3 hours later, only to find out that they had not even touched my car. They told me they did not have enough employees.
This location wasted two full days of my time. If the store doesn't have enough employees to perform scheduled services, they should not be accepting or scheduling appointments in the first place.
I am requesting that Mavis management investigate this location immediately. Either properly staff the store or stop scheduling customers until you have enough employees to provide the services you promise.
I also had a very negative experience with the front desk attendant. Her attitude and behavior toward me were unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation even worse. Management should seriously consider addressing her customer-service behavior.
I have never experienced such a waste of time for a simple alignment appointment. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional service. I will not be returning to this location.

Excellent service at Mavis Tire in Islandia! Jessica, the manager, was outstanding, along with Gabe, the assistant manager, Cristian, Tony, and Wilson. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of.
Gave me recommendations without pressure amd explained everything so i could understand. A special shout-out to Wilson—the alignment god! He did an amazing job.
Great team and great service thank you so much for caring ablit my vehicles needs! Highly recommended!

Got here at 8:06 AM, no appointment, but I needed a front end alignment. There were 2 cars on the lifts, looks like 3 people working in the bays & 2 people at the desk. One person in the waiting room ahead of me. Another person pulls up & they take her ahead of me (probably had an appt). The two working the desk proceed to talk with her for an hour, letting her walk into the bay area as she pleased. The person I’m assuming is the manager, spent the majority of the time I’ve been here on their cell phone or sweeping the parking lot. I haven’t been to this Mavis in years, but the old management was a lot better in making sure both the walk in & appt customers were treated promptly. I’ll be traveling to a different one next time I need something done. And to add insult to injury, there was no hand soap or toilet paper in the ladies room.
My car finally brought in at 9:09 AM & finished at 9:40
