  Professional technicians. Communicated service without trying to oversell me on things. There was an issue with my drain plug and I had to revisit the same day to get it fixed. The techs were professional and communicated what they were doing to remedy the situation.

  I went here for an oil change but was having some unknown issues a few weeks prior. I’m not sure the gentleman’s name but he heard what was wrong with it right away without even opening the hood. I would give 6 stars if I could.

  So I was the ‘guy’ who waited til the very last day of June to get my yearly inspection expiring at midnight. Clearly I was NOT the only person~~ I attempted going early, 9:30am, with a 45 minute window…I was unable to complete the task, understandably. In the afternoon I arrived behind 7 cars with the same idea~~~ Michael, who I am convinced is part angel and part rockstar, patiently and thoroughly inspected every single vehicle at an average of 20-22minutes per car…yes, I timed it to estimate my wait. The man carried on with a smile on his face, full uniform, meticulous care with each vehicle and patience like I rarely see…ever. One guy had a crack in his windshield and he was going to wait in line because he was jammed between cars and instead, Michael helped direct the line so he could exit… Honestly, I can’t say enough. I live in Greece and this was the closest location with inspection but I may start to drive out here for my oil changes!!
