  Most Unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. Very unorganized and mis managed shop I would not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to them unless you want headaches and more issues with your vehicle.

  I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE CONNOR IS A CRAPPY BUSINESS MAN. Okay so 3 months ago my rear differential went out in my Tahoe and I brought it here for the 1st time to get it looked at and replaced so I did just that. Took about a week and I got my truck back. First red flag was that the manager Connor said the part that was sent to him by a different company it didn't look good but will get us by. Okay so I thought why did you even put it on but I still paid for it and thought well it's under warranty so I should be okay if any issues Connor said bring it back. Well here we are 3 months later was leaking so I called back on June 4th and spoke with the assistant manager they said they could look at it for us and tell us what's going on as the rear diff was leaking. So I had my truck towed now I do have 6 kids and they have graduations and things as it's the end of the year so the assistant manager assured me they could get it and look at if we get the truck to them by 130 so I did just that. Did NOT get a phone call nothing until SATURDAY JUNE 6TH WHEN I CALLED AND the assistant stated that they have to get another rear differential from another place okay cool fine great thank you. So Monday comes around and they are waiting for the part to get shipped okay sounds great so I waited for a phone call. Wednesday June 10th Connor called my husband's phone and stated the new part came in and looks amazing and he doesn't know why they didn't send it the first time and looks great and will have your car to you by Thursday end of day. Well THURSDAY CAME AND WENT NO PHONE CALL NOTHING UNTIL WE CALL FRIDAY TO ASK THE PROGRESS OF THE TRUCK. WAS TOLD BY CONNOR GIVE ME A COUPLE HOURS AND HE WILL HAVE IT TO ME NO LATER THAN SATURDAY AND APOLOGIZE FOR THE MINOR DELAY. OKAY AGAIN I WAS frustrated as I work in candaguia and live in Rochester so I had to take an uber to and from work as I do not have a back up veichle. Well Monday the 15th came and went as did Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday June 18th so I finally had enough as I was getting different stories from the assistant manager and Connor the manager. So I do have all conversations recorded with Connor as I felt like I was being lied too. He then told us we have to pay for labour and it would be 580 but he would discount to 500 for us because he did have our truck for so long. According to the warranty I HAVE WE DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR LABOUR OR ANYTHING. So finally I had enough called another Mr tire Thursday afternoon after I got off work who got the district manager involved and was then told Connor told his boss he just got the part Wednesday the 17th and he have our truck to us by Friday the 19th and he would call us when it's done or if any delays ...UMM EXCUSE ME JUNE 10TH HE CALLED MY HUSBAND AND TOLD HIM THE PART LOOKED GREAT. SO NOW IM LIVID ALSO THAT FRIDAY JUNE 19TH NO CALL EITHER AND STILL DIDN'T HAVE MY TRUCK. So like I said earlier we finally had our truck transfered to a different mr. tire picked it up Monday the 22nd from Connor store and drove it to the other store. Got my truck back on Wednesday June 24th and it's all fixed and that mechanic told me that Connor should have NEVER put that rear differential on as it could have seized up and flipped my TRUCK WITH ME AND MY 6 KIDS INSIDE. I was not happy when I heard that bc all Connor had to do was order another one. Now I did express to Connor I was traveling for work and was taking Uber and he DID NOT CARE and the fact he lied to not only me and husband but his own boss is crazy and kept my truck for 3 weeks almost. I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN HE IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN AND I WOULD NOT TRUST HIM

  I just needed a patch and I arrived early for when the location was set to open. When it was supposed to open, nobody showed up for about 10-15 min and when I called the dispatch lady sent me to a location that was a supermarket instead of their other location. They tried to reach out to the store manager in our location and they did not respond. For so many good reviews online I’m now starting to see that they’re having a series of problems. I would not waste my time and just go right next-door to Mavis discount tire they took me within the first 10 minutes and got me out the door in less than 15 minutes. A delivery truck guy came by and he was even confused why nobody was here.

  I called to get a quote for four new tires, and the person on the phone sounded completely uninterested in helping. No effort, no customer service. Felt like a waste of time.

  Wait time was decent. The price is decent. The job was good. But the managers at the front counter not very friendly. No smile. No greeting. I felt awkward. And I’m a people person. And can read people well. So I assumed they are not having a good day. So I give it a 3 for the work, labor and job done for my front brakes.
