I had a fantastic experience here. I got my front brakes done at a good price and they had me in and out in no time. Good atmosphere in the waiting room and the managers and staff were exceptionally helpful.

I had gone to another garage to get a simple job done, and after 3 days was rold they couldn't do it. The Assistant Manager at Mavis was so accommodating! They got me in quickly and did a wonderful job. I'm really pleased with their service.

Brandon and his coworker started my oil change almost immediately. The price was fair and the cold air inside the shop while it was blazing hot outside was the icing on the cake. I also had them look at a few other issues and they were able to not only give me the price but also show me physically what was wrong.

Brandon checked out the tire condition on our 2020 BMW hard top convertible. He said the tires were dry rot. Mavis does not sell run flat tires. He did not charge me for looking at the tires. I told him we would be back as soon as we get the new tires for installation. It’s great dealing with honest people who do great work.

Unfortunately a bad experience today. Website doesn't allow you to book an inspection but I won't dock them for that. I called Thursday and asked to get an oil change and insepction done at 8 am Saturday. They say no problem. When I show up Saturday morning, its pretty clear I wasn't on the schedule yet. Whatever, as long as it gets done I don;'t mind. I drop off the keys and go walk around for a few hours. I come back and my car hasn't moved an inch. They tell me that the machine is down and they have been trying to reboot it. Why didn't they call me after the first couple tries? They could have at least done the oil change to get 1 out of my 2 requests done. Instead, my car sits there for 3.5 hours with nothing getting done and no call to me so that I don't waste more of my time. They were at least cordial but that's all the good things I can at this time. I won't be returning.
