As nice as they are service was very slow today and they weren't that busy, I had an appointment at 10 i got there about 9:45/9:50 my vehicle didnt get moved into the empty bay until 10:30 it took another 10 or so minutes to take the tires off and then an additional 1hr+ before they put tires back on and finish. At least 3 or 4 other customers came in and 2 or 3 of them was helped and moved along while I sat there and waited.
I was patient and didn't complain but I dont think it should've taken that long

So I came in on a Saturday with an appointment to get my tires done on my car. 2pm they tell me they will have it in the back in ten minutes. 330 hits my car is still outside, and once they bring it in all the workers are just outside talking. And the guy working on my vehicle just keeps walking around it like he's never seen a car before. Literally came for tires and waited till after the place closed to get my car. So once I got my car back, the wait was around 2 hours and 45 minutes my tires to be placed
