Made appointment online a day ahead for NYS inspection. They called and spoke to me right after booking to confirm. Confirmation email also. Spoke to an actual person. Next morning I was called and they cancelled my appointment stating that they didn’t have anyone scheduled to do inspections. Claimed online appointment have no idea who is scheduled. They should have known when they called me to confirm the day before. Left me in a bind.

Came in for a tire and was greeted at my car by name I was very impressed .the General manager was very helpful with every customer that came in and even helpful to the mechanics .I will definitely be a returning customer.
