Jao and Rodney are the best .Was greeted with a smile and open doors literally!.was a great experience at a mechanic shop with my first car .the price was very affordable less then expected.A lot of good reviews on the Mavis traction control plus tires and Jao gave me a good price and knew a lot about the actual tire without looking it up .made me feel pretty secure with them working on my vehicle .I will be a returning customer!

Traveling to Rochester from NC, we ended up with a nail in our tire. After being turned away from one tire shop because they were too busy, we ended up at Mavis, and i wished we gone there to start. Mike and staff were great. They got us in and out in about an hour. We were able to go next door for breakfast while we waited, which was a plus.

In from out of town in a rental and I get a flat tire! AAA driver recommended this repair facility. I called ahead and was immediately taken care of and told to bring the car or tire in for repair and they would have me in the road as quickly as possible. AAA blew up the tire and I drove straight here. Was met by 2 gentleman that took the rental in, made the repair and had me on my way in as little as 20 mins! Great guys and excellent service.
