Went there because I had a screw in my tire and the Manager came out to take a look and checked my tire to find that it was a superficial puncture .they made sure it wasn’t leaking and even regulated my air !!!Only asked to be mentioned and referred to for service and tire needs .GREAT HONEST GUYS !

I was fully prepared to be a loyal customer for life because I genuinely liked this branch.
Three years ago, they found a hole in my tire that multiple other tire shops had missed. That experience earned my trust, and since then I’ve continued bringing my car here whenever I had issues because the prices were reasonable and I felt I was in good hands.
That changed after my recent NYS inspection.
About a month before the inspection, I came in for an oil change and specifically requested a general inspection of the vehicle. They found brake issues and other wear-and-tear items, and I paid around $1,800 (not including the oil change) to have the repairs done because I trusted their recommendations.
So when I returned a month later for my NYS inspection, I expected to pay the $21 inspection fee and pass without any problems, considering the car had just undergone major repairs (in their shop).
Instead, I got a call saying I had a busted light and a bad passenger-side tie rod, with an estimate of over $700 for additional repairs.
That immediately raised red flags.
The light bulb, sure—that can happen. But a tie rod? If it was worn enough to fail inspection only a month later, why wasn’t it identified during the comprehensive inspection and $1,800 repair just weeks earlier?
I declined all the repairs, replaced the light ourselves, and took the car to another shop for the NYS inspection (with me disclosing that it failed the first inspection, handing papers and everything).
It passed.
So naturally, I’m left wondering: was I simply being sold repairs I didn’t actually need?
I hate writing reviews like this because I truly wanted to keep supporting this shop. But after this experience, you’ve lost my business.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We rented a car and one of the tires had been improperly patched. We brought it in and not only did they source us a tire from an entirely different location, they went and picked it up for us the same day and put it on for us. Incredible service, would trust them to help me any day!

I had a great experience at this auto shop. We called ahead about getting tires, and Jao was able to get us in within 30 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, he provided excellent customer service and was professional, friendly, and prompt throughout the entire process.
Even after we had to leave briefly to find our wheel lock, Jao was very accommodating and still made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner when we returned. His patience, efficiency, and positive attitude made the experience stress-free. It’s hard to find service like this these days, and Jao went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and efficient automotive care.
