- NFNatasha Foster4 days ago5.0Had a terrible experience at Valvoline came to Jiffy Lube in Irondequoit to get my inspection done and they noticed that now that Valvoline changed my oil it was leaking!! It was very clean there. Everybody was friendly. They did everything that they could to help me and they were very patient with me as I was very frustrated with Valvoline ! It was an extremely good experience after such a terrible experience at Valvoline I will always go there from now on!! Ray and Paul were the ones that helped me and were able to help fix my problems and make things a much easier experience for everything I needed for my vehicle!

- DDDanApr 28, 20261.0Was there a week ago and was told i needed to replace my rear crash reinforcement bar. I replaced it went back today to get the inspection done and the manager that was there today was a complete jerk rude from the time i walked in the door and failed my inspection for s tierod when the inspector the forst tole said it passes. Joey was the one i dealt with the first time he was cool but today was a terrible experience with this other manager. I will never go back and i will do everything to get these scammers shut down

After the service, my vehicle was returned to me stuck in brake service mode, which it was not in prior to the visit. I was first told it was due to my brakes being worn down, and later told I might need to purchase a “service motor” part. These explanations were inconsistent and did not clearly address the actual problem. Based on my understanding, brake service mode must be manually activated and then properly reset during the repair process. It appears this step may not have been completed correctly. As a result, I am now dealing with a problem that started immediately after the service. I have since contacted corporate and opened a case regarding this situation. I am disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of clear, accurate communication. I hope the issue is resolved quickly and that more care is taken with future customers.
