  Enterprise at Inwood is one of the best rental locations. The staff is super helpful and considerate making sure everything is explained thoroughly and customer is equipped with all knowledge for a successful trip

  As a customer who used this location in the past today I felt strongly discriminated against by the fat white lady with the port in her chest working front desk at the Inwood location. After calling enterprise to rent a vehicle and setting a time to go pick it up the fat white lady with the port in her chest ask for ID and my card I gave her both. she proceeded to tell me my Amex wasn't accepted and if I want to use my debit I will need to provide address verification by giving her two utility bill. So I told her try again with the Amex while I wait. So I sat while she was on the phone waiting for someone to verify the card. After sometime I got up and approach her desk only to see her looking at photos of my credit card on her phone which is illegal... So I waisted my day going there and possibly got my credit card info stolen...

  Ana and Aiden made our rental experience really easy and enjoyable. So nice and professional and easy to communicate with. The car was great too! Bonus that they drove me home after I returned the car. Also never hidden costs ….they tell you exactly what to expect. Love that!

  From my first contact with the Asst. Manager, Anna, who got me a ride and confirmed my reservation, and then confirmed the ride on her own the day before I was to pick up the car, and called me the AM of the rental; to another assistant, Ayden (sp?) who picked me on the first day of my reservation, all was very professional!!! Yet on the 6th day of my reservation, I had a challenge some 250 miles away. It was a challenge as the cars computer said I “may have a problem.” As I was soo far from home, and I was driving my 92 year old mom, and her 96 year old friend, IT WAS A BIG PROBLEM. So I pulled over and I contacted the office with the Branch Rental Manager (herself!!!) Felecia, answering the phone. At that point I explained the issue and was asked to send a picture of the car’s computer screen showing the problem. Well, this was a problem for me as I was not familiar with operating my new, and unusual, phone. The manager calmly waited as I resolved the issue and sent her the picture. At that point she referred it to her technician. The Tech said there was no problem, and indeed s/he was right as all I had to do was follow her instructions, get underway, and continue the drive!!! All handled quite well! This company is great!!! I am only sorry I cant buy stock in it as it is a private company!!! BTW On return waiting for my ride home I watched the branch manager and asst. manager managing customers. It was really great watching a couple of professionals doing their job!!!!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise branch in Inwood, New York. Branch Manager Felecia and employee Anna were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, not only toward me, but toward every customer I watched them assist during my visit. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to finding the best possible rental options made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made renting easy from start to finish. If I had one small observation, it's not really a criticism of the staff at all, I only wish there were more people like Felecia and Anna available. They gave every customer such personalized attention that it naturally created a bit of a wait, but it was clear they were making sure each person received the same exceptional level of care. Overall, everything was stellar. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this branch, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. Thank you, Felecia and Anna, for making this such a positive experience!
