- RARoselenia AriasJun 16, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Felecia p lesser at the Enterprise location in Woodside. The manager told me that because my driver’s license had been replaced and the original had a hole punched in it, she could not accept it. She instructed me to go home and bring the replacement license that I had. I drove all the way back home to get the replacement and returned to the rental location as requested. When I got back, she told me that she was not going to rent me a vehicle after all. The way the situation was handled and the body language I received made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I had followed her instructions, spent time and effort retrieving the replacement license, and still was denied service. I will be posting copies of the license with the hole punch and the replacement license so others can understand exactly what documents were presented. I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally, and I hope management reviews how customers are treated at this location. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service. I also felt that the manager’s behavior toward me raised concerns about possible discrimination against people of color or Hispanic individuals, and I hope Enterprise takes steps to address these concerns and ensure a better experience for future customers.
