  it was the great 4th of july,in a heatwave weather,when emergency decided to rise with the heat in a mddle of nowhere.Punctured tire!! I found MONRO Muffler/ break services store183 as the closest place i can run to fix my tire..total stranger in this township but awesome experience! Had them look at my tire,due to the location of the puncture and with careful consideration of the pros and cons during this trip,we need to change my tire,Jon Gloster-store manager,very straight forward and very helpful guy,made this easy for me. He walked me thru the process, no frills.. also this place have GREAT STAFF,very responsive,respectful, friendly..Office is clean,comfortable..for being total stranger in this township in the midst of a very stressful situation, MONRO auto services,took care of me.. made sure that i am comfortable,that i am safe thru out my trip..i appreciate everyone in MONRO AUTO SERVICES STORE183,HYDE PARK NY, you guys are the best!!

  I went in for an inspection on my 2019 Acadia. The car had been squealing for a year and nobody could figure out what it was. During the inspection they saw that my tire rods And was rusted out. It was Fourth of July and they got it done in a few hours. Definitely recommend coming here for your car needs.

  Had a oil change done and it was completed as promised. Price as expected except for "top off fluids charge" of $3.99. This is a phony charge when no mention of what fluid was "topped off". Usually I inspect the bill prior to paying a d get this removed, but I was in a hurry this time. Word to the wise - inspect your bill before paying. 3 stars for phony charge.
