Made a 1pm appointment for an oil change. They called and told me they're short handed, to come 1:30-2 so I don't have to wait as long. I really appreciated that and showed up around 1:45 and handed off my keys. They told me at the time it could be up to an hour wait. Not thrilled, but whatever. I sat and waited. 2:45 a guy comes out and says hey just a heads up, probably be another hour til we even get to you. I took my keys and left. The employees were very polite and were trying their best, but whoever is managing this store could do better. Will never be going back with so many other options out there.
