Jordan at Mavis deserves every bit of recognition for the outstanding service he provides! My experience was excellent, and he was a huge part of what made it so positive. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel appreciated as a customer.

My son referred me to Mavis, he bought tires about a week ago for his car. My experience was extremely professional. I had a really bad experience with the Wappingers location. My first visit took an hour and a half longer than they had said it would, which was mildly irritating but I understood and waited patiently. However, they gave me very shitty brake replacement parts and then when I brought my car back all they did was flush the brake line, which didn't resolve the issue of my car shaking and having a hard time braking. I had to bring my car to another shop where they then needed to replace the brakes once more and ended up needing to do the rotors as well. They boxed up the shitty brake parts from Mavis and told me I should fight for my money back. I have reached out via email to speak with them about this unsafe and time consuming experience and no one has gotten back to me.
