  Very nice staff & facilities with Melissa as Manager & Mike handling service. Their 35 ton lift was able to haul out my Azimut 50 Fly for prop repair. As 40 year boater, I can highly recommend this marina!

  Terrible experience with this place and more specifically the owner, head mechanic and staff. We are a young family with two young kids and expected West Shore to be a happy welcoming place to spend summers on the boat and in the pool. Unfortunately that was not the case. Most notably, the staff is incredibly cold, rude and unhelpful. I had awful experiences with the head mechanic, an older condescending miserable man who berated my wife and couldn’t figure out simple mechanical issues with my boat causing me to have to bring in outside technicians simply to jump a battery which he said was not the issue. The owner is probably the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Beyond the staff, the facilities are bare bones with no restaurant, bar and very few amenities. The pool sits along a loud busy road and is fine but nothing special and no bathrooms or food. Prices are pretty high as well so you’re paying top dollar ($5-7K) for a 20 foot boat with winterizing/storage. There are many better options in the area.
