  My salesperson Jonathan Hernandez made leasing my new Volvo XC60 experience very easy and wonderful. He was very patient and kind to work with. It took awhile shopping around and making a decision, but he was very patient and understanding the whole time.

  ​I reached out to this dealership to get basic service history and maintenance information for a Volvo I purchased. Total silence. I sent multiple inquiries, and every single one of them was completely ignored. ​For an official Volvo dealership, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Once they have your money or if you aren't actively buying a new car from them today, you cease to exist to them. If they treat basic communication with such disrespect, I can only imagine how careless they are with actual car maintenance. ​Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually value their customers and know how to reply to an email. Avoid Volvo Cars of Huntington.

  my wife came in to get a service done. She spoke to a man named Sean. He tried to upsell her on something that she did not need And he smelt like cigarette smoke and marijuana. It smelled so bad in the store that my wife got nauseous and had to walk out please do not come to this Volvo this man Sean has a tremendous attitude problem and obviously does not care about his elderly people with the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke wreaking the service Department
