  10/10 experience from Huntington Volvo! Was looking to trade in our car for a new XC90. We dealt with Alex Asiamakopoulos who was not only patient, but worked with me and my family to find us the perfect car! The entire process was a breeze. Alex and the entire staff were professional and efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more. If in the market for a new Volvo, Alex is your guy!

  Outstanding Service Experience at Huntington Volvo! I had the pleasure of working with Michael Diakanwa in the Service Department at Huntington Volvo, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Michael was professional, approachable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He was diligent and clearly knowledgeable about the vehicle and the work being done, taking the time to explain my options without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout — I always knew where things stood and what to expect. What really stood out to me was the range of options and services he offered, including convenient transportation arrangements while my vehicle was being serviced. It’s those thoughtful touches that turn a routine service visit into an exceptional experience. In summary, Michael provided exceptional customer service and is truly an asset to the company. If you’re scheduling service at Huntington Volvo, ask for him by name.

  First time dealing with Volvo Cars of Huntington and overall a pretty good experience. The sales associate worked hard to answer questions, and work through a negotiation on our first Volvo purchase. I took off a star because when picking up the car, we were made to wait for over an hour and 20 minutes for the finance manager to be ready for us. Even though I scheduled the appointment in advance, I asked the sales associate to call us if we needed to come in later if they were backed up. After this incredibly long wait, the finance manager wouldn't even deal with us directly, and had the sales associate shuffle back and forth with the paperwork. Not the best way to end the sales process, but we hope that dealing with the service department in the future will be a five-star experience. And thanks to our sales associate, Mikeal, who visibly worked hard to get the job done!

  Jonathan was my salesman and he was absolutely amazing!!!! He took us through the whole process and it was such a pleasure. He has such a nice personality makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable about product line of cars. I would not hesitate referring him or the dealership to friends and family and I’m looking forward to a warm association warm association with Volvo Huntington.Revell was the finance manager we spoke to and once again, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met extremely knowledgeable about the financing of the car we purchased you made us feel comfortable. He did not rush us. He was a pleasure to work. The whole purchase was so smooth and it really felt like I was dealing with family not a company

  Easily the worst experience anyone can have with a car dealership. First, they sold me a new car which ended up being a lemon as it was defective and unsafe to drive due to a gas leak. The gas leak stunk up my entire house after being parked in the garage for just 12 hours. My kids couldn’t sleep in the house. I called the salesperson repeatedly over several days but he did not answer or return calls. He finally responded and told me I could come within an hour and they’d inspect the car. They also told me I wouldn’t have a loaner for over a month. Once they acknowledged the car was defective, they finally gave me a loaner. However they refused to take the lemon back permanently and said this is my car which they will try to fix. They also wouldn’t offer any discount They claimed they fixed the car, but I told them I did not feel safe taking the car back, as there was a major defect, the gas odor was very strong, and I have two young kids. They didn’t care. They said this is my car and I have to return the loaner immediately or they will call the police on me. I told the manager I recently had a death in the family, I commute to the city five days a week, and will have to figure out how to get a new car. I asked for an extension but he again didn’t care, threatened again to call the police, and called me repeatedly (6x an hour) to schedule pickup of the loaner. I reminded them of the death in the family and that I was with family but they again did not care at all. I stepped away from my family to coordinate them picking up the loaner. They came to my house and picked up the loaner. They gave me no heads up that they’d be dropping off the lemon, even though I repeatedly told them I didn’t feel safe driving it. Then, instead of dropping the defective car off in my driveway, they parked it ON MY LAWN!! Please avoid this place at all costs. Horrible experience. I informed Volvo corporate, they agreed I shouldn’t take back the defective car, and did right by me when this dealership refused to.
