  I purchased a certified preowned 2023 XC90 from this dealership. The sales girl Mia was fantastic, not pushy or rude, she was patient and helpful throughout the process, which is why I gave two stars instead of 1. I bought the vehicle on a Monday. By Friday of that week, the infotainment system of the car (the dashboard and screen) would go black and reset (taking 1-2 minutes to reboot) during pretty much every trip, sometimes multiple times a trip. I called and scheduled a service visit to have this investigated. At first, I was told they're gonna reset the system and see if that does it. It did not. I was then told it would take a week to get the part. I was told that Monday they'd be receiving the part. Monday comes, no part, says tomorrow. Tuesday, no part, tomorrow. Wednesday, no part, says 2 MORE WEEKS for the part. Ok, fine. Two weeks go by, no communication from the service advisor. I followed up, he said still no part and NO ETA. A few days later, he says another week and a half. Ok, fine. That time comes and goes, still no part. It's now been a month and a week. I requested to Volvo the car be deemed a Lemon and I'd like to be compensated and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, the part arrives two days later and they finish the car. I asked the service advisor what time they open in the morning so I can pick it up, and HE DOESNT ANSWER. I am so disappointed and upset about how this entire situation was handled. I will not be coming back to this dealership to service my vehicle, I'll find another dealership that takes my time seriously, cause they sure didn't. I will be telling everyone what happened, and I encourage you to find somewhere else to service your Volvo.

  Been a long time customer of Huntington Volvo. Have both leased and owned. Was in for my Volvo XC40 annual check-up and as always the service was 5 star excellence. A special shout out to Sean who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also listens and is attentive to customer needs, Highly recommend!

  Had a great experience with sales, especially Jonathan Hernandez. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle in the end as my needs changed but Jonathan was well informed, polite, and eager to help. The test drive portion was disappointing as it was pre-planned with the salesperson in the passenger seat so I could not see how the car handled or accelerated on a highway. If I'm looking to buy a car with a reputation like Volvo's would definitely consider this dealer and especially Jon.

  I had bought in my Volvo xc60 On Wednesday 4/22/26 for a software update. I had received a letter in the mail about this recall. Volvos representative Sean Munro( Huntington NY office) was very helpful. Sean informed that they were having a software problem and that it would take a little longer. Unfortunately i had another spot I had to get to so I left my car overnight and Sean was very nice and had a Lyft drive me home. I picked my car up the next day and everything was great. Thank you Sean for all your help and understanding.

  I brought my car in for service at Volvo of Huntington for the first time after Smithtown was incapable of servicing my car. Sean Munro was my service advisor and treated me like a member even though I purchased my car from a different Volvo dealership. He took the time to thoroughly explain the different maintenance packages to me and was fair and honest with pricing. They have a welcoming waiting area where coffee and refreshments are offered and had the car ready for me at the time promised. They also provided me with Lyft transportation to and from home at no additional cost.
