This time, followed the procedure , called them in the afternoon, wanted to buy a cost effective decent car for the college going kids. Finally came to them after 45 minutes of driving. The sales person Greg i guess was not in a mood today i guess. Disinterested, didn't help to look for the car within the price range i was requesting. When asked why are your vehicles do not have the competitive prices your competitors are offering? There was no response and kind of .. I don't know, don't care kind of attitude. Kids were disappointed too. I believe a good salesman needs to understand the client"s needs and budget and do their best effort to help out. I felt unwelcomed and felt they don't appreciate my business . At one point he said why didn't you buy the car at their competitor? I mean really? I came to you for my past experience and business with you. Extremely disappointed and not going back. I am sure if i was with another professional sales man at the same location who would show interest... i would have bought the car here today. 2 🌟 Need some serious training / a refresher course to cater to customer "s needs..
