  I can’t speak for the sales team, but as far as the service department goes, they are absolutely horrible. Stay away! They will tell you they’re going to call you, and they won’t. They’ll keep redirecting you from one person to another, and when you finally go there in person, you get the same runaround. They had my van for 3 months just to replace two pieces of glass. Three months for what should have been a simple repair is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere else.

  This is the worst dealer ever. Unprofessional, disrespectful and total waste of time. Would not go here again or recommend this place at all. Advisor (Josh) avoided all my phone calls, diesregarded all the messages I’ve left on machine and receptionist and apparently no one else is able to help. Not even a manager. Didnt even bother trying to figure this place out. Will not get any future business nor any referrals or recommendations. Avoid this place, employees and management is a disaster

  I had an outstanding experience with Empire Ford, and especially with Brad Simon. From the very first phone call to the moment I picked up the car, Brad was a stellar partner throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions, completely transparent, attentive to every concern I raised, and worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we needed. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and stress-free he made the entire process. There were no games, no surprises — just great communication, professionalism, and a genuine effort to take care of the customer. I have leased many cars over the years, and this was, without question, the best leasing experience I have ever had. Thank you, Brad, and the team at Empire Ford. Highly recommended.

  I had a fantastic experience at Huntington Ford from start to finish. My salesperson, Kenner, was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of purchasing my vehicle. The finance manager, John, was equally outstanding. He was honest and transparent with all the numbers, explained everything clearly, and made the financing process smooth and stress-free. His kindness and genuine care for his customers really stood out. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Huntington Ford.
