  I had an amazing experience at Empire Ford! I went on a Saturday. I was only there 2-3 hours. My salesman Fred was very knowledgeable of all the “bells and whistles “ of my new vehicle. I went up a trim level to the Ford Explorer Tremor. He spent about 30 minutes with me connecting my phone, setting up all my personalized driving settings etc. He saved me so much time not having to read the manual. Jason, in the finance department made my time with him smooth and quick. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Empire to my friends and family. I will be going back for my next car in 36 months when my lease is up!

  Called ahead and made an appointment with Anthony to look at a new raptor ranger. I show up and Anthony is busy and then tells me he doesn’t even have the car on the lot. They’d probably rip you off anyway, was here last year and they offered $8k less for my trade than anywhere else. Definitely stay away

  I have been in the automotive business for approximately 30 years. I must tell you that Brad Simon gave a master class on how a sale of a new vehicle should go! my wife wanted a new bronco to celebrate a milestone in her life and wanted the full buying experience. being in the auto business I usually shop for and purchase new cars for my family. she was not disappointed Brad was very accommodating and personable. he took the time to explain all the features of the new vehicle to my wife and let her take the truck on a long test drive. when picking up the vehicle everything went very smoothly. Thanks Brad Simon for making my wife's new car buying experience one to remember.

  I purchased a brand-new Bronco Raptor from Empire Ford of Huntington, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The sales process involved a lot of back-and-forth, poor communication, and unnecessary frustration. For the amount of money you spend on a new vehicle, I expected a much higher level of customer service. I’ve now had the vehicle for only three months, and it already has two recalls. When I contacted the service department, I was told they currently don’t have mechanics available and that appointments are weeks out. That only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, I feel the customer service has been subpar from both the sales and service sides. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Empire Ford of Huntington to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  Really great experience. I originally spoke with Anthony and later worked with Kenner, who was fantastic. He really knows the Mach-E and was great to work with. I've been looking at the Mach-E since it first came out and wasn't expecting to buy one that day. After the test drive and talking everything over with Kenner, I decided to go for it. Kenner and Sam, the manager, also worked with me on my trade-in and made the process very easy. Jayson in Finance was great as well and took the time to go over everything with me. I was the last customer there that night, so I really appreciate everyone staying late to get everything done. I came back the next day and Kenner made sure I was taken care of, and Sam also followed up with me. Overall, a great experience and a great team. I love my Mach-E and I'm really happy I went with it!
