  Found a 2023 Ford here so I went into check it out with the intent of buying it if I liked how it drove.An hour later finally got to drive the vehicle loved it now we come to noticing the rear right of the hardtop is chipped,vehicle is wrapped white and there was ripped wrap on the top right of the window frame and on the rear right side and a few little spots. went inside to talk to the gentleman because the lady I was working with was busy looked at the Carfax. Everything was clean. Ask them to take $3000 off for the damage to the top and then 2500 just in case I had more of an issue with the rap leader, who knows what was underneath it,sometimes when you pull the wrap of you can pull the clearcoat off. so now we’re at 2250 I think that’s fair Seeing as this vehicle has a wrap all around it and we don’t know what kind of damage might be underneath it which I’m sure there wasn’t but you never know,$2250 to $1250 so I said for 1250 you gotta pull the wrap off then,they didn’t give a crap and I Was gonna go the next day and buy it for cash.

  I had one of the best customer experiences today walking into Empire Ford of Huntington. I was looking into trading in my 2019 Ford Explorer and leasing a new one. I was immediately helped by salesperson Kenner Rosario who patiently helped to match me with the vehicle I was searching for and allowing me to test drive them. Once I decided on the vehicle I was introduced to Jason Schrager the Finance Manager who immediately worked out a great deal for me on a lease for a new Explorer. The whole process was seamless from trading in to getting a new lease for the new car which was due to Jason and Kenner’s efforts and they worked so well together. I could not believe how quickly and smoothly everything went. Thank you again gentlemen. I highly appreciate and recommend Empire Ford of Huntington for your leasing and or purchasing a new vehicle. Please ask for Kenner and Jason you will not be disappointed.

  I recently purchased a vehicle here. I went in to look at a specific car, and my salesman, Kenner, was great to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the finance process left me disappointed. While signing the paperwork, I didn't notice a "maintenance" fee, and I still don't really know what it was for. That should have been explained more clearly. The biggest issue was that the vehicle only came with one key. I wasn't made aware of that in a way that stood out before everything was finalized. Had I known, I absolutely would have negotiated that into the purchase price since a replacement key, programming, cutting, and the fob cost several hundred dollars. Once the paperwork was signed and the registration was completed, there wasn't much I could do. I reached out after the sale about the key, but communication was slow and difficult, so I ended up paying to have a second key made myself. This was an $80,000+ vehicle, so I expected a much smoother, more transparent buying experience. Things like clearly explaining fees, disclosing that there's only one key, and responding promptly after the sale should be standard at this price point. Overall, Kenner earned 5 stars for his service, but the finance process and post-sale communication left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve their transparency and customer service for future buyers.

  This is a love letter to Empire Ford and a story of how the manager John Lane helped us rebuild our life. My husband and I live in Colorado. We had a Mini Cooper convertible we loved. 6 weeks ago he was involved in a terrible car accident, and this is the scene of the crash. If a Good Samaritan hadn’t stopped, run down the embankment, pulled him from the burning car, performed CPR until he got a heartbeat back Mike would not be alive. Truly angels walk among us. My husband has a long road ahead but he is expected to make a full recovery. As part of that recovery, We really wanted the exact same car. I did a nationwide search and found the exact replacement at Empire Ford. I called the dealership and John answered the phone. I told him the whole story and he helped me navigate the entire process of buying the car sight unseen. I had so many questions and concerns and everytime I called he picked up the phone and walked me through every step. I had the car shipped and we now have our replacement mini. I can’t recommend John and Empire Ford enough. They feel like family now. Thank you!
