  I'm sorry but the majority of car dealerships suck. You'll never get a good deal unless your friends with an owner(maybe that could work against you because they think you trust them) or you do your homework and tell them what your going to pay and maybe while your walking out they decide to give you that deal. It's all a big game. Personally I hate it...better off buying from Carvana. The "car salesman " is a dead breed....the whole experience is just aweful. And that's my 2 cents.

  Just had the best car experience I have ever had in leasing cars for over 20 years. From the initial introduction with Matt, one of the sales managers & Leeny, the salesman, it was a flawless experience. I’ve purchased from multiple other Chevrolet Dealerships on Long Island and this was by far the easiest I’ve had. Upfront, honest and extremely helpful. I would recommend using Empire to any of my friends & family. Ask for Matt & Leeny!

You like that!!!??? :) :D that's your problems & your fault.... I am UNHAPPY BECAUSE NOT GET THAT CAR AND STILL STUCK WITH THIS CAR BAD & UNSAFE CAR.... YOU DESERVED IT!!!! You made me MORE SUFFERING, PAINFUL, UNHAPPY AND DEPRESSION BECAUSE NOT GIVE ME DIFFER CAR.... I STUCK WITH THIS BAD & UNSAFE CAR!!!! Also you think I tell LIE / LIAR AND NOT TELL TRUE.... Then you are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! HELPLESS AND MEAN TO ME... SO NOW YOU DESERVED IT!!!! Now how u feeling!!!! YOU DESERVED IT!!!! You CARELESS about my life and SAFETY!!!!   Be careful. I was a repeat customer but won't buy there again. I put a deposit down on a car and was led to believe they could get it from the Hicksville dealership in a day or two. Two weeks and over 6 phone calls later and I finally got the car. I felt like deceptive tactics were used and communication was horrible. I get that things happen so just call me and be straight about what is going on vs. forcing me to continually follow up.

  I have been very disappointed towards Empire Chevy. Until today 5/8/26 I met with Eric the new service manager He was excellent I explained my problem with my car He explained to me what he thought it was within an hour or less the car was fixed. Thank You Eric Well Done. God Bless. Also a shout out to Mike who did my paperwork for my car several times Thank You Mike. Within several weeks Chevy Empire has improved.
