Nightmare service. Appointment was schedule in a different location, then no parts, finally at the day of appointment awaiting 3 hours. Following right side of the glass came out on 495 in HOV lane, and police helped to exit hwy. In a few days after zillion phone calls Mr. William came with attitude, that just plastic broke, put red tape and told will be in touch. Never answer local number, schedule appointment without letting me know. 2 weeks later nothing fixed. Will take to the curt. Stay away from this store.

Safelite came as promised and replaced glass 2 days later tried to adjust rear view mirror and it came off.call main number and they blew you off to local shop. They said nothing to do till another appointment,.They send someone sooner then later and told oh yea, our bad defective glass . Will put you on schedule and get another one next week. So either drive without a rear view mirror or don’t drive it.Great work for safety. Do I should not go to work or put someone’s safety in jeopardy? Yeah nice work Safelite Be careful of there work.

This is my first time having a piece of rock damage my windshield mirror. I was advised by family members to contact Safelite. Everything was great besides the incorrect address but I was able to fix it with the online robot chat. My technician was Tyron and he was very prompt. Communicated with me when he was coming and when he finished with my vehicle. Thank you so much for making this easy for me.
