I'm reading the reviews here & my oil change was nothing as described in these testimonials. Not sure if the dealership management changed after the ABC news broadcast 8 years ago but my experience was great! My service experience was top notch & I will definitely give the dealership a 5 star review for both the experience & service itself. Everyone was welcoming & super nice. It was also nice that someone contacted me prior to coming in with the $50 oil change coupon once I mentioned I had a Costco discount. Everything was professional, detailed & my car was ready as expected in the 1.5 hours originally stated to me. Thank you for the service & I will definitely be back! My service person was Gram.
