So by far the worst experience, first of all we start off by I can’t understand why it takes two hours to do an oil change then they’re always trying to sell you stuff that you don’t need. I have a brand new car with 20,000 miles on it can’t understand why they said I had to replace my rear brakes they were shot why to bring your car when you read the reviews on side website. They talked about brake issues that the brake pads in the rear are smaller than the front that makes no sense. They wouldn’t do anything. They try to help me out besides, just make me pay for it. I’m sorry when a vehicle has under 20,000 miles on it there’s no way you should be replaced in brake pads already think it’s time to trade this car and buy a Honda when you try to talk to them. All they try to do is try to sell you more stuff. There’s always add-ons. I won’t be coming to this location ever again. Wow, I can’t believe this. I just got a call from the service advisor Jason because I gave him a bad review on the customer service that I received at the location yelling at me because I gave him a bad review and told me not to come back here again unbelievable why would you call the customer on a review that he was upset at and yell at him and tell him never to come back there again make it make sense
I had a fantastic experience at Nissan of Huntington while getting a car for my son. I worked with Javier, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was completely non-aggressive and made the entire process stress free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly informative. What I appreciated most was how Javier took the extra time to explain everything to my 18 year old son as well, ensuring he understood the details of his new vehicle, and worked hard to make the deal happen the same day, and the manager, Nick, was great. He even went the extra mile to help me get all weather mats for the car using their employee discount. Singh in the finance department also made the paperwork side of things smooth and transparent. Made an appointment to view a vehicle, after making it clear that we were traveling from far away to see it. When we arrived from our hour+ commute, they advised the car was sold. I understand that if they can make a sale, they should, I want to be clear, selling the car was not the problem. My issue is, nobody called us to tell us, instead they sent an appointment reminder and wasted our day. Don’t waste your time.
