Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Friendly and fast came in in the middle of a severe summer storm needing a tire near closing. No problem they said. They got me a price I was in and out in less than 30 min. They put my spare back where it belonged.

I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. I brought my 2021 Nissan in for a NYS Inspection. I was called shortly after dropping it off and told that my car could not pass inspection until the rear brakes were replaced. They were going to charge me $550. I knew this couldn't be correct since both my front and rear brakes had been replaced 10 months prior to this inspection. When I brought this to their attention on the phone, I was told, no problem, they would go ahead and put the inspection sticker on for me....if my car couldn't pass inspection until the brakes were replaced, how could they so quickly agree to put the inspection sticker on? Either they lied about my brakes or were willing to give an inspection sticker despite there being a safety concern. I advised them not to do any work or put the inspection sticker on. Later that day, I brought my car into another auto shop that performed the NYS inspection and said my rear and front brakes were in great shape. It seems Mavis was lying about my breaks to try to make a sale.

I made an appointment through customer service for my pregnant wife a few days in advance. It was scheduled for Friday at 4pm for new tires, an oil change and an inspection. When she got there they didn’t have the tires listed on her order or in stock. They also told her the mechanic that performs the inspections left for the day. If they had a customer due for an inspection why wouldn’t they call her? They rescheduled her for the next day, Saturday at 12pm. I took it in and waited at the shop. The car didn’t get serviced until around 1:30. I decided to leave because it was taking too long, so my wife picked it up with her dad a little before 5pm. When I initially made the appointment they gave me a specific price. When she went to pay they charged her an additional $150+. She explained that to them but they insisted it was the right price. She paid it out of frustration so she could leave. She called me as she was leaving, so I immediately called the customer service number. They pointed out a specific $120 charge was on there twice by mistake. They gave me a different number to call but they had just closed for the day. I called back on Sunday, they forwarded the issue and my call. A woman helped me and said they have to approve the refund and I should hear from the regional manager soon. Upon further review of my invoice, I also noticed an additional $20 charge on there by mistake. I received no call back so I called back the next day. I spoke to the same woman, and she reiterated that the regional manager would call me in a day or two. She then transferred me to the store we got serviced at. The manager said he saw the extra charges, calculated the amount and said he would refund it to my card. I called the store a couple days later and he told me the refund was approved and asked me to come in with the card we used so he can refund it. I told him I thought you already refunded it and I am not driving all the way back there. He said he would do it over the phone. My wife and I called back later with the card and gave him the information. It’s been a week and I still don’t have my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ll never use this company again and I recommend no one ever goes here for service. I don’t know if I’ll get my refund but I feel they owe us way more than what they overcharged, especially since day one they gave my pregnant wife the runaround, making her come back for her initial appointment, not to mention all of the phone calls we’ve had to waste our time on. I still never heard from the regional manager either, nor do I want to. I just want my money back.
