From the very beginning, John’s strategic approach and expertise helped me navigate several difficult situations with the insurance company, making an otherwise stressful process so much easier. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, there was complete transparency. I received weekly text updates from Tayler, who is excellent btw, throughout the repair process, so I was always informed about the progress of my vehicle and knew exactly what to expect. I am 100% satisfied with both the service and the quality of the work. Picking up my vehicle from their shop genuinely felt like I was picking it up from the dealership all over again, it looked and felt brand new. The level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them!

I was walked through all the details of the work to be performed and was kept in the loop of the progress stage by stage with text messages. When it was time to pick up my vehicle it was washed and detailed inside and out. My truck was clean when the work started and it was spotless when the work was complete. I couldn't be happier. I hope I never have a need for their body shop services again but if I do this is where I'll be bringing vehicle. Thanks to the entire staff you were all great. Kevin Paull
