The Enterprise Rental at the Huntington location was a pleasant experience. Both Brian and Samson were super helpful and patient and answered my many questions thoroughly. The vehicle was ready and prepped when I arrived and Andrew was equally helpful on the return end. I absolutely loved the vehicle (Volvo XC90 B6). I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and just Enterprise Rental in general. 5 stars.

This location is severely under staffed. I waited over an hour at the location when I already had a reservation number and time for pick up, only to receive a dirty car, wreaking of cigarette smoke and burn holes with bald tires and a broken windshield wiper blade. I made multiple efforts to get into a different car since pick up and was repeatedly told that they had nothing else to offer me. Placed on hold for almost an hour combined in wasted time. Would not recommend this branch due to the short staff issue. The staff was very friendly but seem to be in an impossible position to deliver good quality customer service.
