    This location is severely under staffed. I waited over an hour at the location when I already had a reservation number and time for pick up, only to receive a dirty car, wreaking of cigarette smoke and burn holes with bald tires and a broken windshield wiper blade. I made multiple efforts to get into a different car since pick up and was repeatedly told that they had nothing else to offer me. Placed on hold for almost an hour combined in wasted time. Would not recommend this branch due to the short staff issue. The staff was very friendly but seem to be in an impossible position to deliver good quality customer service.

    Brandon, Asst Manager, and Bryan were extremely helpful today. I needed a minivan to help my son move- they knew that I would need the seats folded down- Brandon had the minivan all ready when I arrived. They were both very knowledgable and helpful. Very easy process- and the car is great - brand new! The office and parking lot were neat and welcoming. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Brandon and Bryan!
