  Everything was great except the price. Just like everything in this country the price was very high. We were taking my grandson back to university. Every inch of the pathfinder was filled. The car was spotless and yes I would rent from them again.

  I’ve rented from a lot of Enterprise locations over the years, and the Huntington team—especially Vincenzo—has set a new standard for customer service. For the entire summer while I’ve been visiting, Vincenzo has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Finding the right vehicle wasn’t just a transaction to him—he genuinely took the time to understand what would work best for us, kept us updated, followed up when different vehicles became available, and always made us feel like a valued customer rather than just another reservation number. His communication has been exceptional. He’s proactive, responsive, incredibly accommodating, and always willing to do everything he can to make the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about creating a great customer experience, but that’s exactly what Vincenzo does. He remembers details, anticipates needs, and consistently makes us feel taken care of. The rest of the Huntington team has also been welcoming, professional, and friendly, which speaks volumes about the culture they’ve created there. Every interaction has been easy, efficient, and pleasant. Excellent customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, and Vincenzo is a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality looks like. Because of him, we’ll continue choosing this Enterprise location whenever we need a rental. Thank you, Vincenzo, for all of your hard work, kindness, and dedication this summer.   A good experience all round. The staff, in particular Ava and Matt were very helpful with giving us directions and route suggestions. The car was perfectly good enough for our needs and the pick up and drop offs were very helpful. We weren't pressured into taking on extras and the billing was as per the online order. Overall, I would recommend Enterprise in Huntington and hope to come back. Although we are based in the UK, I used the US website, not the UK one and found this worked well.

  Truly Exceptional. The manager and the team were very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. No influencing on add-ons or extras. Very clear on terms, conditions, and our renter responsibilities. The vehicle was exactly as selected online and was in excellent condition. The return was just as smooth as the pick-up. You can tell this location does very well by the flow of people in and out of the office and lot, but never a long line - again, very efficient. Hats off to a great team. I am now an Enterprise customer for life and specifically 220 Broadway in Huntington Station!
