  After looking at 2 dealers and having the same experience over and over we got recommended by a close friend and we are so glad we walked in , staff was excellent honest and friendly. We got a RAV4 and we love it !!! Larry and staff was a pleasure to work with 0 bs straight forward !!! The financial team is very transparent explaining exactly what you get , no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Empire Toyota to anyone that is looking to purchase a Toyota you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Jose and Lilia

  I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle, and I have to give a huge thank you to Nicol for making the whole process so easy! As someone who can find the car-buying process a little overwhelming, I really appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming she was. Nicol listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. She was genuinely kind and attentive from beginning to end. I’m extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Nicol to any woman looking for a trustworthy and helpful salesperson!

  Very disappointing experience with Empire Toyota of Huntington. I went to the dealership specifically for a Toyota RAV4 lease offer advertised on their own website—$389/month, with the first monthly payment and certain taxes/fees due upfront. Since the offer was displayed directly on the dealership’s website as a national Toyota offer, I expected them to honor it, assuming I met the advertised qualifications. Instead, I was told by the finance manager that they would not honor the advertised deal. They then quoted me approximately $570/month for the same RAV4. This felt extremely misleading. If a dealership advertises an offer on its own website, customers should not waste their time visiting only to be told that the dealership refuses to honor it. I came in ready to lease a vehicle based on an offer they advertised, and left feeling like the advertised price was simply being used to get customers through the door. One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. If only there was an option for zero stars.
