  We bought a preowned pick up truck from Empire of Toyota. The whole experience from beginning to ownership was a great experience. Jay C from finance was a pleasure to deal with. Jay is very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely recommend family and friends to this dealership.

  I had a great experience at Toyota in Huntington. My sales man Shaad was really nice, patient, and informative. He took his time to help us look at cars, sort out pricing , and make the whole process productive. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They have a great selection and great customer service.

  I have been using this service center for years. The people that work there are very nice, however; they continue to recommend services that are not only overpriced, but unnecessary. This last visit was the worst. I bring my 2017 Toyota Camry in for each of the recommended mileage checks. This time, I was told I needed my tires rotated. I agreed to that and the oil change I was there for. The service tech then came out and proceeded to tell me five other things, one being very serious, that needed to be taken care of. These five items totaled over $3000. I declined these services and immediately went to my mechanic. I did not need any of these services. I have been buying only Toyota’s for over 25 years. I love their cars, but unfortunately I don’t think I will buy another one. It is service centers like this one that ruin Toyota’s reputation.

  Shaad helped me with the 2026 RAV 4 XLE Premium and he helped me with a real good price . He’s not greedy like most car salesman. He was attentive and courteous. If you’re shopping for a Toyota I 100% recommend Empire Toyota of Huntington but you definitely want to see Shaad for a more personable experience. He doesn’t waste your time, he’s transparent, considerate and will do what it takes to help you. I also appreciated the finance manager as well. Overall I had a really good experience and found a really good price for the 2026 Toyota Rav 4 XLE premium. Thank you!!!
