  Initially went there for a ram 1500, ended up buying a ford f150 lariat. I had such a nice experience at empire toyota something most dealerships lack nowadays. Shad helped me pick a great truck and accomodated me throughout the prcoess, really a good salesman. The finance guy Diego went out of his way to make sure i drive home in the truck i really liked. They even stayed there for me after the place closed i cant thank them enough.

  I had a wonderful experience at Empire Toyota in Huntington Station. My salesperson, Moses, went above and beyond to meet all of my needs throughout the entire process. He kept in touch with me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated his professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend asking for Moses if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

  I purchased my car from this dealership last month, and the buying experience was great. However, the callback system for customer service is horrible. I've been trying to get an important document and have been waiting for a callback from the sales person, but no one has contacted me. They either take too long to call you back or don't call you at all. It's very difficult to reach someone who can actually help. Please don't make your existing customers wait so long for assistance. Good customer service shouldn't end after the sale. I was actually planning to buy a second car from this dealership for my dad, but after this experience, I no longer have the desire to do so. Overall, I'm happy with my vehicle, but I hope the dealership improves its communication and follow-up process for existing customers.

  I requested to help find me a car suitable for my needs and my family as well and I was well presented with a representative her name was Zanib and I made my request in a short amount of time that made me very happy and excited to get to the dealership to see what was going to be my next car I had got asked a couple of questions and I gave my preference and zanib even gave me good points of interest about what cars I should buy and I’m glad to know the professionalism was none like another and the manager Javier was very helpful as well and this process was very fast and easy and efficient definitely recommend 10/10

  Beware of Toyota of Huntington. I recently had a very disappointing experience while attempting to purchase a Toyota Grand Highlander from this dealership. After negotiating with the salesperson, Megan, we agreed on a purchase price for the vehicle. Toyota was also advertising a promotional 4.99% financing rate on new vehicles, and Megan assured me that if I qualified, I would receive that rate. I scheduled a pickup date for the vehicle a few days later. However, throughout the process, there was a noticeable lack of transparency. Megan repeatedly refused to provide a copy of the buyer’s agreement and price breakdown. I had to request the documents multiple times before receiving them. To make matters worse, after receiving an email from the finance department stating that I had been pre-approved, I asked Megan what interest rate I had been approved for. She would not provide the information. I even contacted the finance department directly. Lauren told me she could not discuss the rate because she did not know what kind of deal I had with Megan, even though the only agreement I had with Megan was the purchase price we had already settled on. I eventually had to contact her manager, Sham, directly. At that point, I was told that I would be required to finance through the dealership at approximately 8% interest, despite the previously discussed 4.99% promotional rate. The lack of transparency regarding pricing, financing terms, and documentation left me feeling misled and frustrated.
