  This place treats customers horribly. I am not someone who complains but I feel I need to share this to prevent someone having the same experience as me. I bring my car in for routine brake service. Ends up being almost 2k for parts and labor. 6 mo later (june2026) I'm driving home on the LIE and brakes aren't responding. Thankfully was able to pull over. Bring it to my auto body shop, takes pictures, costs $1600, and they state the dealership didn't torque a caliper to the extent needed to be which caused this issue. I contact the service manager (Lucas). He says he will reimburse me for the $1600. I said what about the original service too (which was 2k). He says I'm not cutting you a check for 4k. Ok then. I call continuously for follow up and the guy never gets back to me. No updates. Constant excuses. Honestly it's disgusting behavior. First I could have been killed or seriously hurt and this is how you treat people? Fast forward I contact Mazda corporate who has been following up on this for me. Now the excuse is the system is backlogged. 4 months later still have nothing. It's generous giving this place even 1 star. Consumers beware

  What a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Sindy Hernandez at Empire Mazda of Huntington. There was no pressure or stress involved . She knew her vehicles inside and out . She guided me to the vehicle that best fit my situation and was very adept at explaining all the details and safety features of the vehicle. She is a smart , presentable, knowledgeable professional who kept me updated on everything that needed to be done to make my purchase easy and pleasurable . She definitely is a shining light at that dealership and I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another Mazda vehicle from her . I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is in the market to buy a reliable, dependable, affordable Mazda vehicle .

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mazda Empire! Marc was incredible to work with from start to finish. He made the entire process streamlined, simple, and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through all of our options without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was how much time Marc took to make sure we understood our new Mazda. He patiently showed us how everything worked, went through the different features, and answered all of our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable and confident with the car before we left, and we truly appreciated how helpful and thorough he was. Carlos in financing was also wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain all of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything before signing. He made what can sometimes be an overwhelming part of the car-buying process feel simple, straightforward, and painless. Marc and Carlos made the entire experience such a positive one.   I had such an amazing experience at Empire Mazda. From start to finish, James and Carlos made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. James was incredibly communicative, helpful, and genuinely so nice throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he was able to get me into the perfect white Mazda CX-5 so quickly! He was always available to answer my questions and really seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my purchase. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, and was incredibly kind to both my mom and me throughout the whole experience. Carlos was just as great during the finance process. He was extremely helpful and personable, explained everything clearly, and made the process so easy. He was able to get me a great price, and I was also able to add a car care package that I’m really happy with. Both James and Carlos made my mom and me feel like we were getting a great deal without ever making us feel pressured. They even had the entire final process finished and had us out of there in about an hour! I absolutely LOVE my new car and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Empire Mazda. I would absolutely recommend James and Carlos to anyone looking for a new car. They were both genuinely kind, helpful, and made what can normally be a stressful experience such a positive one.
