  I had the most amazing experience purchasing my first-ever car, and I couldn’t be more grateful to James for making the entire process so enjoyable and stress-free! From showing me different vehicles and patiently explaining all of their features to going over the information and finance details, James was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and understanding of everything I was looking for. James truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He would text me updates about cars I was interested in, let me know when they would be available for me to come in and see, and was always so quick to respond to any questions I had. As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt confident in my decision. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through such an exciting experience! My experience with Carlos was also amazing. He was extremely patient and helpful when going over the numbers and worked with me to find a price I felt comfortable with for my new car. I am so appreciative of both James and Carlos for making my first car-buying experience at Mazda such a wonderful one. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

  I had an exceptional experience thanks to Sindy From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and attentive, making the car shopping experience enjoyable. Sindy took the time to understand my needs and preferences, presenting options that perfectly matched what I was looking for. She demonstrated extensive knowledge about the vehicles and patiently answered all my questions. What stood out to me was her transparency throughout the sales process, ensuring I was informed and comfortable every step of the way.   We had an excellent experience with Empire Mazda of Huntington and would absolutely recommend this dealership. We had a tight timeline to find and ship a car out of state to our daughter at college, and Sindy made the entire process effortless. She helped us find the perfect car, handled all the paperwork and preparation, and kept us updated every step of the way so everything was ready for pickup on schedule. We had a big request and a very tight timeline, and Sindy was a champ! Her exceptional service turned what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and easy experience.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Cadillac ATS Coupe from Sindy Hernandez at Empire Mazda of Huntington. Sindy was friendly, professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Buying a used car can be stressful, especially when you want to make sure you're making the right decision, but Sindy made the experience comfortable and never made me feel pressured. I absolutely love the Cadillac, and I appreciate the way Sindy handled everything from beginning to end. The car was detailed beautifully, which was a great finishing touch. Thank you, Sindy, for making the purchase of a car I really wanted such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone shopping for a vehicle at Empire Mazda of Huntington.   I had an excellent overall experience at Empire Mazda of Huntington and would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the dealership made a great impression. The facility is beautiful, elegant, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and even the small details stand out everything looks organized, professional, and the entire place smells great. It genuinely feels like a dealership that takes pride in the customer experience. I especially want to recognize Jamie, my sales advisor. She was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, patient, friendly, and very helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me throughout the purchasing process, and made communication much easier by assisting me in both English and Spanish. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions or taking the time I needed to understand the process. Jamie is definitely one of the main reasons my experience with this dealership was so positive. I also want to recognize the management team. I had a concern after the purchase regarding one of the protection products, and although there was initially a misunderstanding, management personally took the time to listen to my concerns, understand exactly what I was asking for, and ultimately provide a solution that left me very satisfied. That part of the experience actually increased my confidence in the dealership. Any business can have a misunderstanding, but what matters to me is how they respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern. In my case, management stepped in, communicated with me directly, and worked with me until we reached a fair resolution that worked for both sides. I truly appreciate that. Overall, I am very happy with my 2022 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus, the buying experience, the dealership itself, and especially the level of attention I received from Jamie and management. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and having people who are willing to listen, communicate, and stand behind the customer experience makes a big difference. Thank you Jamie and the entire Empire Mazda of Huntington team for the service and for making sure I ultimately walked away happy with my purchase. I would definitely do business with this dealership again. Highly recommended!
