  Catherine Espinoza-Corella and Jonathan Simeone are exceptional! Catherine followed up on a chat request that I initiated, confirming an unused service from an expired extended coverage warranty even without my requesting this. She went above and beyond to have my service scheduled at no charge due to a technicality in the contract--this could not have come at a better time!!! She is friendly and personable, striking the right mix of customer service excellence and personality plus. Jonathan is delightful in his manner. Professional and efficient, warm and kind. He set my mind at ease, also going above and beyond to service the car. For these reasons, my experience with Empire Mazda deserves a 5-star rating.

  If I could leave no star I would. We purchased a vehicle from empire Mazda about 2 months ago and to start it was making a clanking sound in the front driver wheel as seen in the video , 1st time we went back they said they fixed it and sent it back to us as & soon as we drove off it was making that sound again 2nd time we went to Honda to get our recalls checked out for the vehicle and they said that all the brakes needed to be serviced and offered to do it for us but we declined since we paid around 3k for a warranty that should cover everything , we go back to Mazda since it was STILL making the sound with the same complaint and they serviced the BACK brakes said it’s fine , soon as we left it was making the same sound.. alright Schedule a 3rd appointment with them because of the sound and they blame it on the wheel weld cover .. soon as we leave guess what.. it’s making the same sound again so at this point we’re trying to cancel the warranty since we’re paying for no reason and Josh the finance director was giving us such a hard time saying we had to come in person to cancel it, then that both of us had to come in to cancel the warranty & now saying he can do it over the phone , mind you he has been wasting our time for the past 3 weeks trying to get this warranty cancelled since it takes out of his personal paycheck and we have yet to have the problem fixed so I decide alright whatever I’ll take a look at it myself and what do we see.. exactly where I kept saying the problem was the brakes are about to go out and the clip was bent indicating that the brakes need to be changed , also the tie rod is loose & the pinion needs to be replaced because it makes a sound everytime we turn .. it’s absolutely ridiculous the time they’ve wasted for us to get these simple things taken care of , we’ve had to call out of work just to make appointments on THEIR time and I genuinley don’t know what type of training their putting their mechanics through because they told us they had their TOP mechanics check out our issue & they couldn’t find this one simple problem with the brakes that was making that loud sound this entire time , we are terribly inconvenienced & will never be back at this dealership don’t waste you’re time theyll throw you to the next person til you give up

  La peor experiencia que he tenido al momento de comprar un vehículo ha sido en este concesionario, nunca te hablan claro, le dan vueltas a las preguntas que haces para no responder, fui comprando un Hyundai Kona 2022 que estaban ofreciendo en al rededor de 15mil dólares y cuando me enteré de lo que pagué en servicios extras que agregaron sin mi consentimiento y sin informarme de los mismos, el precio del vehículo ascendió a casi 28mil dólares, nos hemos comunicado con el concesionario para intentar solucionar todo esto y como siempre le dan vueltas al asunto y no responden con nada, hace casi 2 meses me contacto un supuesto director financiero de este concesionario para supuestamente darle solución al problema y hasta ahora ha sido más de lo mismo, le dan vueltas al asunto, prometen soluciones pero no cumplen con nada de lo que te dicen, me dijeron que iban a reembolsar un dinero al préstamo a cambio de que elimináramos los reviews que hicimos, que ellos ya tenían todo listo y que con hundir un botón se hacía efectivo el reembolso, nosotros cumplimos con eliminar los reviews en 2 de las 3 plataformas donde los hicimos y hasta ahora casi 22 días después no han hecho el reembolso, aparte de que me parece una falta de respeto que me vean la cara de tonto, también pienso que la condición para devolver el dinero no debería ser obligatoriamente borrar estos reviews, si ellos saben que lo hicieron mal, deberían devolver el dinero, deberíamos ser nosotros los que le exigiéramos cosas al Consecionario, no al contrario, les soy sincero, no les recomiendo para nada comprar aquí, y si eres una persona como yo inexperto, mucho menos porque vas a ir por el carro de tus sueños y vas a conseguir una deuda que te será difícil pagar, y mientras ellos siguen dando vueltas, yo sigo pagando intereses de un dinero que ellos impusieron en el crédito sin darme una información claro del costo.
