  I’ve been going there for years, and have been generally satisfied. This visit I got into my vehicle and there was auto grease all over my drivers floor at. Not sure how the guy could’ve seen that or put something down to protect the car. I was in a rush so I didn’t go back in and deal with it.

  Came in for brakes to be repaired. They looked over my car and said the brakes were fine and I would be good for quite a while yet. I was very pleased that they took the time and not sell me a product I didn’t need so I was there. I had an oil change rotation of the tires very pleased with the service I was given.

  UPDATE:::::: Took my vehicle to Stockport garage, they had a look at it, took it for a test drive and the only thing wrong is my alignment, and could use front brakes but they said everything in my vechile is tight, nothing wrong vehicle is a little bouncy but it’s always been that way, said if I wanted it tighter can get new struts but don’t need them. Just goes to show, places like Monroe, Midas, and Mavis aren’t to be trusted! Stick to well known local shops! If I could give half a star review I’d do it absolutely! 😂😂 Had passenger tires going bald in the inside of the tires. Called to schedule an inspection of the alignment/ ball joints to see what’s causing the issue. They told me it was my ball joints front end, they were charging $183 and $207 for just the parts and $295 labor fee for 1 tire and $348 for the other. Well let me sit down and talk for a second for anyone who doesn’t see any issue. I have a ford expedition, ford permanently presses the ball joints into the upper control arm, so that’s an issue fix alone right there because you can just buy an upper control arm and lower control arm for $130 just for one tire!! $260 for the whole front end and it’s an easy fix shouldn’t take you no longer than an hour to replace a upper and lower control arm. I went in there just for them to inspect and let me know what’s causing the balding, not for them to insult my intelligence and try ripping me off by charging $2400😂😂 I work at UPS and we have our own mechanics and I told them they quoted me almost $2400!!!! And even they laughed😂😂 it’s an easy fix and even an apprentice could do. Monroe has a reputation on ripping customers off and this shows it! Now let me goto another shop who has a great reputation and see if that’s even the work that needs to be done. If so, it’s something I’m able to do myself. I’d only need to pay for parts and alignment.

  Great service. We had an emergency where our exhaust system separated (but didn’t fully detach). They were able to make a repair for us super quick on a Saturday afternoon and saved our weekend.

  Got my oil changed and had a strange noise coming from the bottom of my car. I was greeted by Joe who was so super nice. I asked if he could have it done within the hour (because I was on my lunch break) and he got it done. After I left I still heard a noise so I came back the next day and Joe fixed it immediately and was again super nice about it. He’s a really pleasant person and I’ll definitely be using this store again.
