Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Called them on a Tuesday morning and they gave me an 8am appointment for Friday for an inspection. Drove out there and they claimed they didnt have me in the book. I had record of calling them and they still said they didnt have it. When I asked them if they could accomodate me they gave me a straight up no with no suggestions of a solution. Aggravating and unfriendly.

Extremely Disappointing & Potentially Dangerous Experience I purchased Falken tires from Mavis in April 2026, along with a wheel alignment. Just four months later, one of those tires blew out while I was driving approximately 55 mph, and when I inspected it, the metal wiring was exposed. Thankfully, my son was in the car with me, and we were able to avoid what could have been a much more serious accident. I cannot adequately express how scared I was when that tire blew while we were traveling at that speed. I had driven less than 2,000 miles on these tires. This vehicle is not driven long distances—it typically travels no more than about 35 minutes at a time a few times a week. Falken tires are advertised with warranties of up to 50,000–80,000 miles depending on the tire, so having a tire fail this early is extremely concerning. When I brought the car back to Mavis, I was told that the employee who worked on my vehicle in April had been fired. The explanation I received left me questioning whether the wheel alignment I paid for was actually performed correctly, or whether it was performed at all. If there was a problem with the installation or alignment, that raises serious concerns about why I was allowed to leave the shop with a vehicle that could potentially become unsafe. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Despite the circumstances, I was charged full price for another tire because I apparently did not purchase an extended warranty. Even though the circumstances raised questions about the original service, there was no meaningful effort to take responsibility for what happened. The manager sat there for much of the interaction without saying anything while other employees handled the conversation. Then, after I had already been there for about 20 minutes and had paid, he approached me with a very negative attitude and said, “Now what is the issue you have?” His tone made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him simply by raising a legitimate safety concern. I told him that I would never bring my vehicle back to Mavis again. The way I was spoken to and treated was completely unacceptable. At this point, I am also left questioning whether customers are actually receiving the services they pay for, including alignments and tire balancing, and whether the tires being installed are truly new and properly inspected. This isn't simply about the cost of another tire. This is about safety. My son was sitting beside me when that tire blew at 55 mph, and all I could think about was keeping him safe. A tire failure at highway speed can have devastating consequences. I went to Mavis expecting professional service and safe, properly installed tires. Instead, four months and fewer than 2,000 miles later, I experienced a frightening tire failure and felt dismissed when I brought my concerns back to the shop. I will not be returning to Mavis, and I strongly encourage other customers to ask questions, document the work performed on their vehicles, and make sure they understand exactly what services and warranties they are receiving or maybe even reconsider allowing Mavis to complete any work on your car.

Brought my Honda accord in the other day. Took an hour for an oil change. Car doesn’t sound the same. Tire pressures were all low-found out on a road trip. Told me nothing else about the vehicle. No walk through, no check in. The short dark haired woman with the small black tattoo on her neck was working on my car. Avoid her if you can.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the manager Mike Lynch at Mavis. He was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate toward me as a customer. Instead of actually listening to my concerns and helping me understand what my vehicle needed, I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing parts and services that were not necessary. The biggest issue was being told I needed to purchase additional parts that, from my understanding, were not actually required for the repair. It felt less like he was trying to fix my vehicle and more like he was trying to get as much money out of me as possible. When I questioned it, Mike was rude rather than taking the time to explain or justify the charges.

10am appt for 3 tires changed and oil change. Arrived 10mins early. The technician checked in a walk in car with a flat tire. My appointment was skipped over as well as another customers. 12:09pm as I write this review and my truck is still not finished. Absolute incompetence. Technician balancing my tires is incorrectly balancing them. Manager had to take over. I'm scared. Will have my wheels looked over by a different garage once I leave.
