Excellent experience! Had a flat and needed an emergency tire change. Mike fit me in even though it was late and they were about to close. Also hooked me up with a great discount on two new tires to save my transmission from bugging out on mismatched tires. Great shop, I will be back!

I have never written a negative business review in my life, but I consider this particular review a community service. Avoid this shop at all costs. I would give this business a lower rating if Google allowed it.
I went to Mavis on 10/7 to inquire about replacing four tires and a wheel alignment. The shop was short-staffed (I was told that two employees had called out), so I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3 pm. I was told it would take about two hours.
When I arrived on time for the 10/8 appointment, I handed over my key and was told that they would get to my vehicle soon. While I waited, another customer became increasingly agitated with the staff. This advanced to the point that this customer threatened to summon police. Eventually this customer left with an unserviced vehicle rather than trust the staff to complete whatever it was she was there for.
Separately, I overheard the employee working the counter tell a third customer that part of a service was 'on the house' because the staff had damaged something.
An hour and a half into what I was told would be a two hour process, my vehicle was still in the parking spot I left it in. Frustrated, I went to the counter, where I was told that they were about to get to me. I asked if it would be finished within the next thirty minutes, and was told no. I asked for my key and advised the staff to get it together. They responded that they were 'short staffed'.
This likely wouldn't have bothered me if I had just shown up that day, but I had scheduled an appointment. The shop had my information. Knowing they were short staffed, they could have called and told me as much. Knowing they were short staffed, they could have told me as much when I walked in. Knowing they were short staffed, they chose instead to let me sit there for ninety minutes, for nothing.
I left and went down the road to Monro. With no appointment, they got me in and out in an hour. And it was less expensive.

I scheduled my inspection on a Monday, Monday came and they canceled it, and rescheduled it for the following Tuesday same time. From someone on the phone. I get there Tuesday, taking time off work to get my inspection, and they tell me no one is there to do inspection. I took time off work for the appointment. So they rescheduled me again, for Friday, and now my cars inspection will be over due.
