  The staff was friendly and patient. They were very helpful. The vehicle I rented was great and reliable, there weren't any issues. I would definitely rent another vehicle from here.

  Friendly staff and even gave me a ride to the rental facility from the Hudson train station! I will totally rent from this team again if I’m ever in the area!

  I had a car lined up all day yesterday then I get a call saying they don't have a car for me so I waited till today. I finally get over there. They have no cars cleaned, they've got a lobby full of people. When I first get there, there's nobody up front. Nobody to answer the phone. Nobody's around, then this guy named Andrew, who has a chip on his shoulder, tells this lady there's nothing we can do for you. We do not have an available ride for you. Really rude. Then he gets to me.It gives me a problem when I know they can split it between two cards because they did it before.This is the same Andrew that gave me an issue on the phone.ReallyNegative don't have a treat people.They need to bring Kelly back, look for a herd or another rental rather than going to this dump, because it's going to s***If they don't bring somebody back and the guy brandon , that's supposed to be the manager , he didn't step in and say nothing he's useless too

  The car was new. Les’s than 2000 miles. The team at the Hudson NY rental agency were very nice. Only issue is I booked the car for Saturday the 18th. My train from NYC came in at 1:20. I called and got put on hold and at exactly 1pm I was hung up on and I called back and got a message that they were closed. I called your 800 number and was told someone would call me back and I would get a car that day. I told the very kind representative that the office was closed on Saturday and Sunday. He said “we will get you a car”. I asked how that was possible and he said not to worry. Needless to say I never got a call. It cost a $100 to take uber to where I was staying. I called Sunday and was told the same thing I was told on Saturday “we will get you a car. Bottom line on my third call I was told nothing was open. He rebooked me a new reservation for Monday and it was more expensive than the original reservation for Les’s days. So yes car was great but it overall cost $200 to get to where I was staying and back to enterprise.
