  “I often visit the AutoZone in Howard Beach since I live in the area. I stopped in on the morning of May 16th looking for a particular fuse. The cashier was very helpful, although unfortunately none of the AutoZone locations carried the fuse I needed. I also needed my battery checked, so the cashier called over Loreen, the store manager. She went above and beyond by checking both my battery and alternator. Loreen was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. One thing I truly appreciate is great customer service, and this location definitely provided that. Thank you again to Loreen and the team for the excellent experience.” Shon Lambert

  Horrible phone call customer service. You’d think your on a phone call with Verizon with the hold time they put u on. 10 minutes to ask one question. Insane
