- BGBrad Golden6 days ago5.0I cannot thank Ian and Sarah enough for their outstanding customer service! I rent vehicles multiple times a year for both business and personal use, and this recent rental experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. I also learned that renting directly through the company is a much better experience than booking through third-party apps! From the moment I picked up my vehicle, Sarah was fantastic! She was personable, professional, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. When I needed to extend my reservation, Ian went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was equally professional, helpful, and understanding, making the entire process seamless. I’ve rented through several different companies over the years, but Ian and Sarah have genuinely changed my perspective and made me a loyal National Car Rental customer. Customer service like theirs is what sets a company apart and turns an occasional customer into a brand-loyal one. Thank you both for providing such a top-notch experience! National is fortunate to have employees like Ian and Sarah representing the company. You’ve earned my business moving forward, and I truly appreciate everything you did!
