  Had a blow out on a trailer, loaded, long trip. Monro's call center gets zero stars but the local guys were exceptionally helpful with the worn out equipment on hand. The place needs investment to be a good shop. But the guy behind the counter and in the shop helped me out a ton and got me on the road. Blowout at 5:30 and tire back on in their lot by 6:00. Thank you guys and thanks for your help! They all need raises working in those conditions!!!

  Very disappointing customer service. We originally scheduled an appointment online for Thursday morning. The business then called and rescheduled our appointment for Friday at 1:30 PM. When I arrived Friday at our scheduled time, the gentleman behind the counter told me he had no idea when he would be able to get to our vehicle. When I asked how long we were talking, he said it could be a couple of hours. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. If you already knew you were running that far behind and couldn't honor the appointment time YOU rescheduled us for, a simple phone call would have been appreciated and saved me the trip. I left my phone number, and he told me he would call as soon as he was finished and able to get to our vehicle. It is now Sunday, and I still haven't received a phone call. Apparently, keeping appointments and following up with customers isn't a priority. Great customer service!!!

  The guys down there are very nice and will do whatever they can to get you back on the road quick. Its not like the old days where they work on commission its flat rate and fair. Give them a try and see for yourself. Things are run totally different then the old days.

  Halfway through a cross-country move, my daughter's alternator went out. The team at monroe took care of us in record speed and got us back on the road. Awesome service.

  Overpriced but they did a great job in a timely fashion and also let me know about a few other things they seen while they were under the truck and didn’t try to upsell me new parts also awnsered all My questions and treated me decent..I would really recommend these guys
