- DDDoug D4 days ago1.0This location will try to scam you!! Went in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced, they try telling me I need brakes, I had just checked them that morning and they were only about half way worn. Then they try telling me that my front lower control arm is about to fall off on the passenger side, well after checking both of them, there is absolutely nothing wrong with either one of them, in fact I had replaced both control arms about 2 years ago. They were right about one thing though, they said the rear end bounces, I said yes thats because it needs rear shocks! So good for you guys for getting one thing right!! This is the same location that a few years prior had failed my inspection because they said my tires had "expired" because they were over 6 years old, this does not exist!! I am an actual auto mechanic, I was for over 20 years and the only reason I went there is because I do not have my own tire mounting machine and balancer. Go to the Poughkeepsie location on rt.9, I never had a problem at that one, they are very friendly and not once did they try to up sell me on anything that I didnt legitimately need. Stop scamming people Hopewell!!

- ARAbderahmen RabehiMay 3, 20261.0The worst location of mavis tire (hopewell junction on route 82 ) you can do inspection, I did book an appointment for that, when and did arrive on time he said it will take more that the normal because they were working on another 2 cars. I did wait from 2pm to 5:20pm for just a tire change and light change (3hours) why because they were waisting time here and there while I'm watching. If you want to do inspection don't even think of coming here. And they charge you for things they didn't tell you about them they keep adding and adding things. I'm not recommending they location and they are not friendly at all 0 customer service 0 professional

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. And more than fair on price. Had an extremely slow leak. They spent an hour to find it knowing this vehicle was about to drive to GA. Truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!
