  Horrible. They put me on hold for nearly 40 minutes for a simple question. Highly business unfriendly. Update: They left the response below, without even reaching out to me directly to resolve the issue. They say below that I should reach out to be helped, but when I call (after being put on hold for 40 minutes), no one picks up now. If they are serious about serving their customers, they will stop writing canned responses on Google and provide the contact number of a manager.

  I rented a penske truck here for 3 days. The truck was old but it worked fine. When I returned the truck, I filled up the tank at the gas station and the gas gauge was not working. When I returned the truck, I told the employee that the gas gauge was not working and that I just filled up the tank here. The employee was very rude and spoke to me rudely. I showed him the pictures when I first rented the truck and he was very rude and spoke to me rudely. He ended up charging me $95 more. I contacted the Penske representative right away and they said they would take care of it. I don't understand why Penske would do business with a place like this. They are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. They are also unprofessional. Penske, for your own good, do not do business with a place like this. And if you use this place, please take pictures of the evidence. Even with pictures, they only claim to be their own. Be careful.
