They called to tell me my vehicle has a wheel lock and they need an attachment to change my tire. (This was after 4 hours of waiting to get the car to even be seen, even with an appointment.) so naturally i went to retrieve my car, only to notice that my car doesn’t actually have a wheel lock. Their level of incompetence is mind blowing, and naturally I brought it to the dealership and they agreed, I do not in fact have wheel locks. The young African American lady will yes you up and down but she’s just doing it to get you in the door.
