We have a nailed tier and came in for a fix. They said it can't fix because it is at the edge. So we change spare tire and schedule a visit to have it changed. First, they put the broken tire in my trunk instead of taking it off, which I never seen in other shops. Second, when my wife came at scheduled time, not only can't they find the appointment, they suggest change all 4 tires. What kind of idiot will suggest this for one flat tier? Totally scam

Highly deceptive experience with bait-and-switch tactics. I called Mavis and received a firm quote of $746 all-in for 4 tires, and was told to drop my vehicle off at 1:00 PM. I arrived on time, but the staff claimed I was at the wrong location. They then tried to upsell me on a different set of tires for $1,000.I declined and drove to the other store they claimed held my reservation. That second store had no record of me and told me to check my confirmation email. Upon checking the email, I discovered that the first store was the correct location all along. They lied about my reservation just to try and pressure me into paying $250 over my phone quote. Super sketchy. To make matters worse, after finally getting the reservation sorted out and getting the tires, I went to pick up my car and was hit with another surprise. They claimed the quote didn't include labor and forced me to pay an extra $100. Complete dishonesty from start to finish. Avoid this location.
