Ken, Chris and Mo helped me at my visit. Originally had 5 stars. However 2 days after replacement I noticed my hub center cap came off while driving. I remember seeing it fall during installation but didn’t think anything of it. It must’ve broken or loosened. Also noticed new rim marks that weren’t previously there. Will not be coming back unless they rectify the situation.

so I went over there to check them out price as soon as I get there there was no one in the front counter. I was waiting almost like 10 minutes until this guy came out. He was a old guy black guy with a glasses on he says are you guys I’m gonna help you I was like oh I’m here to check out what kind you have any you know tires that I want on my Toyota Camry 2004 he says all, sir we don’t have nothing about the particular car you have to order and then when you order you come over here and we install it and you have to make an appointment. I was like OK so my my wife was she went to her phone and went to the website and she was writing on her phone. This guy employee black guy was panic. He was like oh ask my wife are you? Are you recording me with your phone? I was like, sir what are you talking about she she’s going to the website and then you know I think you’re not really friendly a good guy you’re very rude like you know I’m here as a customer asking for tires and I wanna get my tire done you asked me so many things it’s so difficult to get tired. You tell me that I have to go to the website. They have to get an appointment and definitely that day that I went. It was like only two cars that I see they were like repairing tires. It was not really busy at all so I feel like this guy that really lazy they don’t wanna answer questions. It’s just I feel like they bother when people there in the front counter is really bad. I don’t really like maybe discount no more it’s really bad bad services no no no not professional not professional I walk away.
