  Mario was great salesman. Then Oscar comes and takes over the sales process. I asked him about 2 packages that were listed and he said “Oh that comes with the car”. I believed him but when I got home I saw I was charged $890 for things I didn’t want. OSCAR LIED. He also told me the best rate I could get was 6.9 even with an EXCEPTIONAL credit score. Again OSCAR LIED. When a dealer lies to you why would you get your next car from them?

  Mario Moore welcome us as we walked in the door. It felt like we had just made a new friend. Mario didn’t pressure us or make us feel like we had only today to buy a car. He went out of his way to get us the color we wanted. He made sure we knew about all the savings we were entitled to, the car had everything it was supposed to happen in it. It was a great experience. I won’t be going anywhere else for our automotive needs.

  2 stars. The staff was polite, but I repeatedly asked for a response to my $27,000 offer by text before making a trip to the dealership. Instead of giving me a counteroffer or clearly accepting or rejecting it, I kept getting asked to come into the showroom to negotiate. They eventually told me the online price was their best price and that any further negotiation had to be done in person. I prefer to get basic pricing figured out before driving to a dealership, so I ended up passing. Just something to be aware of if you prefer handling pricing by text first.

  I would not recommend Empire Chevrolet’s service Department. They lack customer service, whomever answers the phone is argumentative and rude. Constant advisor turnover. If you are looking to connect with the previous advisor you dealt with, minimal luck. Communication in general is lacking, very long periods of time before you are notified or given a courtesy call back. There is no good reason a 2024 vehicle keeps needing to be serviced! They have a waiting room but do NOT let you wait in it unless you push back at them insisting you are waiting. First and last time purchasing a car from the dealership solely based on the service department. If possible, find another Chevrolet dealership for your service needs.

  The process from start to finish was positive. I enjoyed working with our salesman Sari and our financing specialist, Michel. They were very personable and knowledgeable. John, the manager, was also very professional and friendly. Most people feel like going to a dealership is a tortureous endeavor, but we did not feel that at all. They listened to what we wanted and even though they did not have inventory on the lot that would accomodate those requests, they had no issue finding and having it delivered back to their dealership. They answered every question or concern we had. I absolutely feel like we were given the best deal and I am very pleased we chose to take our business to Empire Chevrolet.
