I brought my vehicle over because there is a distinct metal on metal clunking noise on the driver side front. I also asked them to inspect a swishing sound coming from the driver side front. I got called the next day and informed they removed a piece of debris from my passenger side suspension in the rear. During that phone call I reiterated that I have no issues I want addressed on the passenger side, that my issue is with the sound on the front driver side. I got called later in the day and informed that the CV axle on my passenger side is torn. I got charged half an hour of Labor which would be 100% acceptable to me if the issue I brought it there for was diagnosed. It unfortunately was not, and when I put my car in drive and left the sound was very obvious on the driver side, and when I got to the stop sign on Bellinger it happened again. I realize that time is money, and I have no issue of paying which they already realized cuz I just paid in full a couple of months back for a repair that was over $2,500. I brought my car in for an issue on the front driver side, and then something was removed from my rear suspension on the passenger side without asking me first (that's kind of a blessing, but it's besides the point). So I would have zero issue paying the diagnostics for the inspection of the driver side, and the diagnostic of what is currently happening on the driver side. Instead the whole focus got put onto my passenger side, my passenger side suspension had service done to it that I never requested or approved, and the Very issue that I brought my car in for, is still undiagnosed, and very loud. Clearly from the driver side of my car. Everyone over there was very polite, instead of having this conversation in front of the customers... I chose to go home and send them an email. I fully realize that time is money, but my car got an inspection and diagnosis on the side that I never said there was an issue on. I would gladly pay for the correct inspection and diagnosis, and then I would know what has to be replaced on my driver side and I would have received a service. As it stands the noise is every bit as loud and still undiagnosed. If the problem I was requesting was diagnosed, I would not be writing this review. So they're very polite people, but I just got charged for something that I never even requested. They're framing it as they're doing me a favor for only charging half an hour of Labor, but they were unfortunately on the entire wrong side of my car And as I stated if I had that sound diagnosed I would not be writing this, however I got told about the CV axle on my passenger side. It also states on the paperwork that I wish to discard old parts. I never asked for my rear suspension to be diagnosed, anything removed, nor anything thrown away. I would have zero issue paying the $90, if the correct side of my car was diagnosed, and I knew what the problem was. Instead I got charged for an inspection on something I never asked to be inspected.
