  I had a great experience at Monro in Herkimer. I needed to get my car in for an inspection and really appreciated that they were able to accommodate me with same day scheduling. The manager and both associates I interacted with were incredibly professional, courteous, and very welcoming. While I was there waiting, I had the opportunity to see how respectfully and considerately they treated every customer who came in. I loved that vibe. My car was taken in and completed within a reasonable amount of time, and the whole process was easy and stress free. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location. I will be back for sure. Shout out to the team at Monro for doing business right!

  Super efficient and quality service. Although it seemed busy when I walked in, they were able to plug my tire and send me on my way within minutes. Thank you so much guys!

  Poor service. At this location they tried to say a vehicle that has now passed inspection elsewhere would need repairs before they could pass it. At the next location there was no problems or mention of these "issues".

  my name is ethan i drive a 2010 jeep liberty theses guys do fantastic work at a good price fully legitimate work that they do is fast And you never have to worry about them doing something wrong and they definitely respect your privacy and they don’t go through your car. They don’t do anything they’re not supposed to do we’ll be returning and will continue to keep spending money with these guys.

  The mechanic became frustrated because I was upset that he first tried to gaslight me that there was no problem or noise with my car, despite other shops having heard it. When he did finally hear the noise, instead of just admitting his mistake, he became angry at my frustration over the matter, and acted like a child instead of a grown man at work. This is after he completed an inspection on my car and passed it, despite there being a loud noise which turned out to be a bad strut. His skill as a mechanic is definitely questionable at best, and his customer service skills are pretty much non existent. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
