  We had to get towed here from the highway because our car crapped out halfway thru our trip to Albany. Turns out it was just a spark plug. The large "gentleman" wouldn't even look at our car. He was rude and immediately turned us away even after we suggested that were in no rush for it to be serviced. He then demanded we take it to a dealership 30 miles away and shooed us out of his shop. Never have I witness such horrible customer service and blatant ignorance in a trade.

  They got us in quickly for an appointment for an inspection on a 2011 chevy 3500 express van. However they failed it for 2 good reasons and 1 ridiculous reason of marker lights being needed on a high top van. Also didn't offer to fix anything. When I asked about the missing stud the rude and ignorant tech says "I can't get any parts for this" Was also brought to their attention that the van needed an alignment and abs looked over and did neither of those..... They threw money away wasted mine and their time. The "tech" I spoke with was absolutely useless and rude. I wouldn't throw a penny in their parking lot at this point. Good luck with the business.

  Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and gave inaccurate information to a customer over the phone. One person in particular. I will not be returning.
