  The gentleman who attended my mom, was very polite and very accurate. Systems were down for a few and he was very nice about the entire thing. Got an oil change and all went fantastic. My mom said she will be bringing her car here from now on. Thank you so much for your kindness and great work.

  Car was sputtering when at stop signs and/ or lights. Then it stalled a couple of times but started up again. Engine light went on. I took it into Monroe and they seemed confident it was the spark plugs and needed replacing. Then they said it was all good. I picked it up and in the Monroe driveway it stalled and engine came on again. Then they took it back for another day and replaced the cylinoids in back, not in front. Then it seemed fine but it was ideling low but not stalling out. Drove it around town for a couple of days. Then on the 3rd day the engine light came on while driving down the street early in morning to work and shaking and could not accelerate past 40. Brought it to Monroe again and then later on the guy said i will need to take it to the dealer. They dont know what to do. I am waiting to find out if they will tow it up to the dealer for me for free since i paid them all this money for a car that does not work. We will see tomorrow when i ask. Very disappointing.
