Came here for a 5 pm appt., only one other car at the garage. They didn’t take car back until 5:45, then said they needed a splicer lug nut remover, waited longer for someone to deliver the item that didn’t work. They cancelled my appt. When I got home I looked at spare tire area and saw the lug nut remover there along side the jack etc. I’m not a tire mechanic so I didn’t know what it was. Came back the next day at 8 am and told them the splicer lug nut remover is along side the spare. They blamed the customer bc they don’t “like to dig around the customers car to find it) Would you not look in the spare tire area for this as a tire business?? Super incompetent and slow.
