  Unfortunately, our experience at the Herkimer Enterprise location was disappointing. We visited July 25th before our rental reached the 30-day rewrite period to try to resolve the issue in advance. There was only one young girl working there. She told us the contract could not be rewritten there because they only accept credit cards and we only have debit. While we understand that policies may limit what employees can do, we were disappointed that no effort was made to explore any options, such as contacting the originating branch, consulting a manager, or suggesting another possible solution. Fortunately, the branch manager at the Mason Avenue location in Daytona Beach later worked with us directly and was able to resolve the situation. We hope employees are encouraged to be more proactive in helping customers who are trying to solve problems before they become bigger issues.
