After they already drained my engine oil, they informed me that they were out of the required oil for my vehicle and would have to use a different type instead. This should have been checked before starting the service. It felt very unprofessional to begin the job without having the correct oil available. I was then told it was “just a one-time thing,” but that does not change the fact that the proper procedure was not followed. Charged $100 total scams.
