I get out of work right before they close and I hate pulling up to any establishment when they are about to close but I had 11 percent oil change and needed it done and they were still super kind and respectful they were quick and polite and I appreciate the two men that serviced me so much thank you

I had such a great experience at Valvoline today, and I especially want to recognize Steve! I originally came in just to find out what fluids my car needed, but Steve went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. He explained everything that was going on with my car, let me know I needed an oil change, put air in my tires, and even helped me with things that weren’t necessarily part of his job. He made sure I understood what my car needed, gave me paperwork with the information, and genuinely made sure I was good before I left. Steve was extremely helpful, patient, respectful, and professional. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and their safety instead of just trying to rush you in and out. I really appreciate everything he did for me today. Steve deserves recognition for his amazing customer service and for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

When I arrived, both bays were full, and there was one car ahead of me waiting two more cars showed up nobody was directing where to go. One car tried to cut in front of us go to the second bay. I had to get out of my car and tell the guy there’s a line and we’ve been waiting already. There should’ve been someone directing the cars waiting, lining them up for whatever bait they want them to go to. That is why I’m only giving them three stars. The service was satisfactory once we got in.
