Charlie noticed caught a mistake from a previous mechanic and explained what the issue was well before fixing it for me. I can’t recommend this location enough!

He was extraordinarily professional did not charge me for the added oil change, And was able to pop in a new headlight. I will definitely be returning to Valvoline from now on.

- SGSheila GAug 6, 20262.0After getting home the following day, I had to edit my review. I want to begin by acknowledging that the manager and staff during my recent visit were exceptionally polite. However, I am very disappointed with the actual service delivered. I paid over $190, and one of the primary reasons I choose Valvoline is the advertised 18‑point maintenance check — which was completely overlooked during this visit. After leaving, I discovered that both my windshield washer fluid and antifreeze/coolant were not topped off. In addition, the team did not check the air pressure in my tires, something that has always been part of my past visits. The location was not busy at all when I arrived, so there was no operational reason these basic items should have been missed. I do not mind paying a premium price when the promised work is completed thoroughly. However, a pleasant attitude does not replace proper technical service or quality control. During this visit, it felt as though the focus was more on upselling products than performing the inspection Valvoline promises. I have never had a problem with Valvoline before and I don't like leaving reviews that are not positive, but after checking my fluids, I was just a bit shocked to say the least. I received engine filter cabin filter and premium oil change.
